I was greeted by a server as I walked in the door and the host quickly got me seated immediately. Steve the server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the snow crab with a side of broccoli, Steve brought it to my attention that some people have an option that the broccoli is undercooked and asked if I would like it to be a little extra steam, that was a great decision and came out perfect. Biscuit were delicious and brought out fast. My meal was out soon after and was very good. I will definitely be back to this location.

I ordered for bowls of soup with some biscuits to go. When I get home I realize that I got about 2 1/2 full bowls. I had to pour outsome to even it out for the kids. Tell me this is worth $44? I want my money back.

One of the most expensive and horrible lunches I’ve ever had. Cod fish was more grease and batter than fish. I literally wrapped it in a napkin to soak up all the grease. The french fries weren’t much better. Coleslaw tasted old. The appetizer, calamari, was like chewing on rubber bands. The biscuits were the only good things about the whole experience. I won’t be back.

I had to take the time to write about this restaurant. It’s worse than fast food. You’d honestly probably get a better meal. I hadn’t eaten lobster tails in a long time & I was in the mood. I just read someone else’s review & basically will say the same. The lobster tails were totally horrid. No taste hardly any meat & found pieces of shell in my meat. Really gross. Never again. They offer reward points but what’s the point of returning when the food is that bad. The waitress highly recommended fried cat fish for my husband. He was literally eating a piece of rubber. I can’t understand how the waitress would enjoy eating that. We are definitely not returning. We have gone a few times & we won’t give it another shot for sure. Paying $40 for lousy tails is a shame & receiving a bill for over $60 for a lousy meal is just not right. They have good biscuits but that is not going to make up for the meal. I come from up north & we have gourmet restaurant food. If a restaurant is not up to par its thrown out of the city. Red Lobster was there a long time ago & didn’t last long which explains it all. Do yourselves a favor don’t waste your money here. There are so many other restaurants around.

When we first walked in we were informed by the hostess that their credit card system was down it may take at least 15 minutes, no biggie we weren’t in any rush. My hubs wasn’t even back from washing his hands before we were sat! I appreciated the honesty and loved that it was even quicker than they expected! Immediately after we sat our waitress arrived, cheerful as could be even though their system had crashed during lunch rush! She was spot on with everything! We had the lobster artichoke dip as an appetizer and OH MY was it delicious!!! We ordered steak and lobster as our entre and again, IT DID NOT disappoint! My huns ordered the Crown Apple holiday cocktail with cranberry and it was too good! We will be making this at home from now on! We can’t wait to go back, so many more things to try!

It used to be our family’s favorite place to eat, but we were disappointed in our last 2 visits. 1, the Shrimp Pasta was frozen together, and the sauce smelled. Our 2nd time was even worse, a lot worse. The waitress dropped plates, not once, but twice! The same waitress FORGOT to bring out food for an HOUR! We have a baby, so we can’t really stay in places like restaurants for long durations of time. Also, the waitress forgot to bring the Mac and Cheese for our baby, we didn’t get it.

Walked in. There was no host / hostess at the front. Proceeded to wait about 10 minutes for a server to finally walk up and ask if we had been told about “the wait.” During our initial wait, a line began to form behind us. I also made eye contact numerous times with other servers who would quickly look away and act busy. After the hostess had been retrieved by the one server brave enough to speak to us, she walked up and said bluntly: “have you been told about the 10-15 minute wait?” Mind you, we had already waited 10 minutes with zero interaction with any staff. After observing how many tables were empty, and had not been bussed, I assumed the food would not be worth the prices and we left. Not impressed.

Our 10 minute wait was a little longer than 10 minutes. Unfortunately some of their signature items were not available. Supply truck delivery is Monday. Our waitress Sierra was attentive and did a great job. Our meals were prepared well and the servings were adult in size. Did I mention the biscuits that are extremely popular!! Will return!!
