Came for lunch and was served by the amazing Jessica. Very down to earth energy and I was super impressed by her service and care for us as diners. We haven’t been since before the pandemic so this was definitely a good experience. The endless shrimp was amazing, bread was super fresh, salad was super fresh and Jessica made sure we were fully satisfied and made sure we had our refills right on time.

My Wife and I always enjoy coming to the Red Lobster location in Madison Heights on 12 Mile. The Food and Service is always superb. Our server, Whitney, was Fantastic! She was very engaging and attentive, always making sure our order was accurate and prompt. Bill, the manager, is the coolest guy I’ve ever met. He will come to the table and engage in conversation, making sure there are no complaints . He even treated us to a complimentary dessert . Excellent customer service! We visited Red Lobster for dinner. The wait was not too long to be seated. Our server greeted us and let us know she would be with us shortly. She came right back and took our order. I ordered the Admiral’s Feast and clam chowder. Within minutes, our sever came back with fresh hot biscuits. The food was really good, hot and fresh. The food was good. But I couldn’t give 5 stars because I don’t agree that salad is no longer an option for a side dish without an additional charge. You should be able to get a salad with your meal. I will visit this Red Lobster again.
