Waited for over an hour to get our entrees and ended up walking out before we even got them.. the waitress didn’t know anything about the menu. The people next to us were also upset about them being told they had snow crab and they ended up not having snow crab which is what I ordered but my server did not tell me anything about it. Those people also got there after us and got there food before us.

My father and I had a great experience. The food was delicious. The service was excellent!! Fast fresh with a smile in a clean facility!! Thank you so much to our waitress Starla. The food here was excellent. The scallops were humongous and bigger than the size of a half-dollar. The crab was delicious and fresh, I loved the service and the waitress, and everything came out hot and fast. The biscuits could’ve been a tad more cheesy, but other than that; I wouldn’t change a thing; I especially love that you can now buy the biscuit mix at grocery stores. During my lunch, a piece of the cieling unexpectedly fell close to the waitress, and the first thing she did was make sure that I and my food were okay even though it was nowhere near me. This act of kindness was one of the best I’ve ever seen from a waitress caring about my safety. I definitely will be here again, if not for the food then for the people.

I rarely eat seafood but I do enjoy when Red Lobster does their endless shrimp. My favorite shrimp selection is the fried coconut shrimp, it lights up my taste buds. I also think they have the best biscuits you can find anywhere.

Server was pretty cool. Biscuits were the biggest plus. Fresh and hot every time. Ordered a Bahama Mamma. It was okay. Food lacked flavor. Like, it was hot and fresh, but no flavor. Not the Red Lobster I used to love.

The food and service can both be very hit or miss here. They tend to have pretty high staff turnover it seems, so you have a good chance of getting a new server on any visit. Our last visit everything was absolutely fantastic. Arguably the best visit I’ve ever had to a Red Lobster.

The “time” to be seated, the “time” at the table…not good. Seemed to only have a few people on staff. The room temperature was warm, especially by the front door. The food was great! Our waitress was nice. The “wait time” needs work.

I’ve been a fan of Red Lobster since I was at least 5yrs old. I’m 43 now. This location in Stillwater, OK has really gone downhill. Service was third or fourth rate and the Endless Shrimp that I ordered the last few times has been awful. All food that was prepared for me came out just above room temperature to almost “cool”. Biscuits weren’t served to me until I was finished with my first order of shrimp. I could understand if this was a first time my food and service was a poor experience but this is the second time within a month I’ve had this happen:( I rarely ever take the time to do a Google Review on a venue but I believe this deserves some attention ASAP. I will NOT be going back to Red Lobster for a very long time! Absolutely not a fan anymore! Hope this message reaches the right people.

Just had our 18th Anniversary dinner here. Our waitress Emily S was wonderful! I thought the food was very good BUT give 3 stars on the food and atmosphere BECAUSE the flies were horrendous! I had about 6 circling me the whole time, landing in my plate, arms, and food. The staff was aware of the problem and said they were working on it. It would be nice if they’d go ahead and close early or for a couple days until they kill the flies and the larvae and resanitized. The restaurant is too expensive to have to eat with flies – it’s not McDonald’s!
