Wow…Prim Rib Steak well done with broccoli and mashed potatoes for the wife and I the double Lobster Tails with baked potato and rice!!!! Excellent cooked steak with plenty of flavor and the lobster was, as is said, Off The Chain! Highly recommend and hats off to the chef during this lunch hour. Service staff was very professional and attentive!

We, two adults one child, walked in around 7:00 and there was not a host and so we waited a few minutes and were then greeted by a very kind server who went to seat us. As we were another server told them to put us somewhere else there were plenty of empty booths and tables so they did. We sat down about five minutes and some one came to get our drinks. Another five minutes and they were dropped off. We then notice all the servers standing in proximity to us talking about “who’s gonna take that table?” “ I don’t want it” “me either”. Then after another 5 to ten minutes our server comes to the table and states “I guess I’m gonna be your server tonight, are you ready to order?” We both ordered the endless shrimp. We got biscuits about 5 minutes after that, and then my side salad was dropped off. But we didn’t have silver wear, we waited and then asked another server and then finally seen our server and waited another 5 minutes before the utensils were dropped at the table. The salad was drenched in ranch and tomatoes, but the tomatoes tasted like they were cut a week ago. It took another twenty-five minutes for our food to come from this point, but when it did it was hot and delicious. We were all very happy with the taste and I assure you that is were all two stars came from. We finished and ordered more shrimp and it came fairly timely, our server dropped the food at the table and told us they would be back they are going to the bathroom. Which was extremely cringy. We ate the food and finished and sat for another ten minutes, our server finally returned. We paid and left. We discussed how horrible the service and experience was compared to any other red lobster establishment I’d ever been to, but that the food was delicious. Got back to the hotel around 9:15 and went to bed. I woke up all night with tummy troubles. That was the final warrant for this review. I put all the details because I will not be following up with corporate but they definitely need to come to this location. We will probably not return to any red lobster due to this experience. Way to pricey to leave with anything less than a mediocre experience and this was way below even that standard.

We always pick Red Lobster to celebrate a birthday but this time turned out to be a bad choice. Service was poor to say the least. We were seated for 30 minutes with no sign or interaction with a waiter. Finally got to order drinks and appetizer. Caesar salad came with meal and was drenched with enough dressing for 3 bowls. No coleslaw available. Had to ask for a refill on a drink that never showed up nor a glass of water to take its place. Waitress was confused, and acted like we were asking for too much. A Togo order was placed and had to wait for biscuits to be ready so we could leave. Definitely won’t be back to this location! Went to the bar to see if drink order had been placed and couldn’t get service.

This was a very disappointing experience. I knew post pandemic may mean hit or miss service. This is not sustainable for any establishment, especially Red Lobster. After a little over an hour I left hangry with no explanation from management. The kitchen was totally out of order. I was one of many victims that evening. Shame on you, Red Lobster.

The 1 star is for our server. He was great…I don’t remember his name but he had dreads and a good smile. Anyway, the food was delicious, no complaints with the taste or presentation. But I hate flies. I hate them even more when they are trying to eat with me. Pet Peeve Numero Uno: Flys & Nats are a huge turn off!! Lastly, both my daughter & I had very upset stomachs after eating here. I’m not saying it was the food but I’m not saying it wasn’t. Probably won’t be visiting this location (Cockrell Hill) anytime soon.

My brussel sprouts were burnt and should not have been served to me like that. YUCK. I found out when I got my food to the house. Should have known. The restaurant was not clean looking. Disgust everywhere. The employees acted as though they did not care. The greeter advised the customers that she will be back after she goes to the restroom.. Thank God she was not the cook or waitress..

Unpleasant dining experience for a birthday. It was easy to determine what caused the food poisoning that two people in my party experienced….it was the shrimp. Only two people in my party consumed the shrimp and only those two individuals got food poisoning. In addition…..this location is severely understaffed. I sent corporate an email and am currently waiting for a response. For the well being of other people please do better on handling and cooking seafood.
