This was not a great experience. We chose Red Lobster because it was one of the party’s first trip to the restaurant and she had never been. We were seated and endured a crazy wait just for the initial greeting of our waiter. Our waiter was great however, there were issues. One of the salads contained a folded up napkin that looked so much like lettuce but it was not, It was a napkin. When we received our main dishes, the lobster was tough and the food was honestly severely bland. He brought out biscuits but they were not hot, the first batch was cold and the second batch was barely warm. Red Lobster has been around for a long time and it is sad that this was our experience. We plan to take this particular person out to Red Lobster again but definitely to a different one.

The food was soooo goood and the employee’s and waiter are super nice. They help you choose the food but don’t force you to buy desserts or anything extra. And the atmosphere was super welcoming!! I loved the location too!!

Went here for lunch and got the new shrimp and lobster tacos. I was taken aback by how the food looked exactly like the picture. It was also delicious. The restaurant was really clean and the waitress was very sweet and polite. 5 years ago this would have been a slop shop. Now it’s a really nice place to eat.

I usually come sit down alone in the bar area booths and eat when I’m off as I was trying to do today. I came in as a waitress was at the hostess area, as we locked eyes she walked off telling me someone would be right with me. She then walked to one of her tables in that area and then to the cash register in the bar. While still telling me a few more times that someone would be right with me. I believe she was stereotyping me thinking she probably wasn’t gonna get a good tip so she didn’t want to deal with me. Cause it would’ve been so easy for her to grab a menu and seat me near her 2 other tables in the bar area booths. I ended up walking out cause I’m a truck driver and I was hungry an I just didn’t have time for such bad treatment. I wanted Red Lobster but ended up settling for On The Border. For a party of 1 I spent $27 and gave a $13 tip which was over the usual percentage for tip. Which is what I do anyway if the waiter or waitress continually check and asks if I need anything else. I do my job to the best of my ability regardless of race, age or gender and I feel that I wasn’t given enough from this establishment today and I will never be back. In the past I’ve had excellent service but today just wasn’t it, no one should ever experience that either. I called before I left and spoke with management to bring attention to the problem and was asked to come back in but the damage was already done. I just hope no one else experiences this type of behavior.

My server was Casey. He was very sweet and nice to my kids. He was really good with suggestions and opinions and I can agree with everything he said. I had the lobster pizza of course. Great as always. I tried the ragoons for the 1st time and were wayyyy better than expected, will be added to my list of “for sure’s”. The lobster tail a tad bit rubbery, not a big fan. The Walts shrimp and bay scallops were really good and fresh. I also tried the new Mac and cheese, I’m not a big fan of Mac and cheese but this has lobster sauce and was really good. I always get the tropical white sangria and NEVER disappoints. I’ll for sure be back to see Casey again.

Worst service ever. Arrived at about 11:20 on a Sunday thinking we’d get in and out before church goers started coming in. When we checked in we were told we were told that we would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to be seated. I asked why. Was told because wait staff were not all there. Finally got seat. Drinks were ordered and brought to table. Ordered our food and waited along as we could but 1 hour later our food had not arrived. We decided not to wait any longer. We had no choice but to walk out. Thing is the was not a lot of customers in the restaurant. They weren’t swamped by customers. I have never experienced such bad service and wouldn’t expect it from Red Lobster. I don’t recommend Arlington Red Lobster. Won’t be returning. They showed no concern to see us walking out. No apologies. Where is management?

Honestly this location screams Arlington, by that I mean it is trashy. I really think you all could do better like 2005 better. The garden salad should not be dry and needs all green not red leaf lettuce. The food is now over priced and under cooked. The biscuits are no longer the great cheese and butter flavor. Everything tastes like it came from the freezer. Please consider hiring actual cooks and maybe consider hiring people who have actual cooking degrees such as Tarrant county college South East campus, now they can cook! This location has a lot to learn and needs better service and way better cooks.
