Never coming back… my father and I were craving some good food and haven’t been to a red lobster in a while. As we waited 40-45 minutes until our waitress finally came over and asked what we wanted to drink. It took her 5 minutes to bring the drinks (at this the place is a ghost town, wasn’t even packed.) After that we ordered and waited 30 minutes for our food and another waiter brought out the wrong crab leg plate, and made the comment that he keeps having to do everyone else’s job.. after that our waitress comes and says that isn’t the correct meal to me and so she went back and finally brought out the correct meal while I finished what the other waiter brought beforehand. While my father was eating and I was finishing up, he counted his shrimp and only had 7.. he ordered a 12 count, so then we asked and got brought out 12 shrimps. Overall, service for a not so packed place on a Friday evening was horrible. Our waitress never came back but we did have another waitress finish us off to give us our bill. Food was ok. Definitely going to another location that can keep up with their work. (Ps- They only brought us biscuits once, she said she would bring us more but never brought anymore.)

We came in on a Sunday late afternoon, we noticed that it was very hot inside. First, the biscuits were delicious and we loved them. My granddaughter ordered the clam chowder and said it was awful. I had a salad and there was too much ranch Dressing. My husband ordered the all you can eat shrimp. It was good but each time he asked for more it took a long time to get it and he got less shrimp on the skewer then before! My 5 year old granddaughter had the kids Mac & cheese and it was late coming to the table.

My daughter took us for Father’s Day. My daughter ordered large meals of our own. my husband, who is not a large man but does often order two entrees and eat all his own food, ordered endless shrimp. The manager told the waitress to make sure my husband was eating ALL his shrimp right in front of him. these shrimp took forever to get to the table. he was served only 3 times in 2 and a half hours. the manager intentionally slowed to pace of our meal. She also sent our server home and did not assign any else to our table. I had to go to the manager to request to pay. We got abandoned. She did comp my daughter’s desert, but this was just not a good experience on what was a special outing for us.

Great food, service was very good (our food server was very good) only issue was the temperature inside the building. Not sure if the AC needs service or the outside temperatures are to blame but all in all the experience was great.

Service was phenomenal. Food was decent. Got the endless shrimp for Monday special and ordered a side of NY strip 10oz. medium rare and it came out medium/well. The shrimp rangoons had a very misleading name. They were essentially small whole shrimp coated in large flake crumb. Not a Rangoon one knows from Chinese restaurants.

Well if you want to have lunch in a dump go here where you can smell the stinky musty carpet when you walk in.its not a very clean restaurant and the Food is not good I started with the clam chowder and the stuffed mushrooms they where nasty definitely prefab and clam chowder was definitely not good no flavor blah so I tried lobster bisque definitely not good. Just save your money and buy Campbell Soup Clam Chowder the salad was decent.

The first time I’ve been to Red Lobster, ever in MY LIFE! And overall my experience was Fantastic! The food was HOT, the service was great, the wait wasn’t long at all, especially considering it was Valentine’s Day when we visited.
