This was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. It took the waitress 45 minutes to even get our drinks to us and almost an hour for our food to get to the table. The fried foods were good and not at all spicy despite the fact that they use pepper in the batter. If you want to order the items baked or broiled and are pepper sensitive, order them plain and add your own seasoning at home. Also, I have added a picture of what sides can be ordered that are pepper friendly.

Finding the establishment and getting a table was an easy and quick process. The wait time for food was longer then expected ( around 33 minutes). The food its self was good and entertaining (see picture below). The atmosphere could be improved with better lighting and a different music choice. Over all I would give this red lobster a 3.785/5 stars.

Horrible service and food. We ordered and waited for our food for an hour. When we did get the food it was horrible. I had the endless shrimp they were out of two of the kinds they offered. The Walt’s favorite shrimp had no flavor, the coconut shrimp was horrible, and the scampi was very rubbery. Honestly the shrimp at Sizzler is a lot better. Our bill was over $100.00. The waitress saw I didn’t eat any of my food and didn’t even ask if there was an issue. I will not be going back to Red Lobater.

This was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. It took the server almost 30 minutes to even get our drinks to us and almost over an hour for our food. When I approached to get onto the wait the list the young girl “Emilee” (as on name tag) was rude and seemed upset by me having a party I was very uncomfortable by this. Once we got seated out server Brandon was kind & continued to check on us. While waiting for our food there were to girls bussing a table who complained about a phone call they got about a large party and saying they should have just told them they wouldn’t be able to get them in tonight. This was very alarming and customers came and left as we waited for our food. Once received half of it was cold. Tried to address this with the manager he didn’t seem to even listen and just said okay there is more detail but moral of the story be prepared to wait over an hour for your food and be there over 2 hours until you get your check.
