Been waiting for almost an hour to get seated all because they have no servers and you would think the manager would take initiative and start serving herself but instead she’s a no show. You lead by example especially in times when you’re understaffed. That Is why you have the title. I saw another customer complain about the server they have and I agree with her too because he has no sense of urgency when I seen him walk around. They have to offer better pay to attract people to want to work and whoever does the hiring needs to do a better job. It’s honestly embarrassing. The owner needs to show up and get involved because this is definitely not working. I came for the endless shrimp and was only able to get 1 refill because the kitchen closed after waiting 2 hours between waiting for a table and then waiting for the food. If the owner truly looks at this. Let’s talk, I would come on board and turn this place around with some type of pride. The way the building looks and the ceiling to the manager on duty no engaging and helping. I’m surprised it’s still up and running. Two redeeming qualities are the server Charles because he knew the situation he’s in but always kept an upbeat attitude and I have to say the shrimp I did eat was good. Owner you need to show up to see how your establishment is truly being ran. If you came to see, I’m positive you won’t be happy. I attached a picture of the windows. You can tell they wavent been cleaned in a while. Ceiling with water marks. These are things a manager needs to notice. Dirty upholstery. You have to do better.

This will be my last time coming here. It took 35 minutes to be seated . I’m ok with that but it took another 35 minutes to take our order. This was unacceptable. I’m on oxygen my time is limited.

Red Lobster is delicious. The biscuits are absolutely incredible. Probably the best bread in a restaurant in my humble opinion. The appetizers were good, and the main dishes were very tasty. Service was a little slow in my particular location, but overall, a great experience was had. Would definitely recommend, and I am for sure going to eat there again.

I got the wagyu burger and it was good don’t get me wrong but I felt like it just tasted like a normal cheeseburger. Just felt like the name was deceiving. The fries were okay, this was around 18 dollars so kind of expensive for what it actually is. The biscuits is why I go back.

The wait time for this restaurant it’s ridiculous It was about 2 hours although the host said it was going to be 1 hour and 20 minute wait. They had so many empty tables but not enough waiters. We finally were able to sit down and our waiter was outstanding Ignacio was very friendly and attentive and made sure that we were very well taken care of. If it weren’t for Ignacio I would have probably rated this restaurant a one star. Thank you Ignacio for your outstanding service.

I went today (Friday during lunch) and the service was terrible. I had to wait about 5 minutes to be have someone greet me since there was no host/hostess and a busboy had to stop what they were doing (sure he didn’t wash his hands to wrap up my silverware) to seat me. By the time he got ready to seat me 2 additional parties walked in and some random worker tried to seat the 3rd group instead of me and the other guests who were there first! Clearly I was growing more annoyed. I was eventually placed at a booth but being 36 weeks pregnant I could not fit so I was moved to a dirty table and had to ask for it to be cleaned. The waitress seemed annoyed. Unsure why since I just got there. I placed my order and the check came BEFORE my food arrived. I tried to pay on the table kiosk but it hadn’t been cleared since the previous guest. Luckily I had cash to leave at the table. Not a good experience and the food/service wasn’t worth the money. Maybe try a different location.

Ghetto. My table was near the kitchen where we were able to hear all of one very loud employee’s personal drama. My server was rude. We didn’t receive any saucers with our biscuits. My child’s drink was served without a lid. Adults drinks and waters were served in dirty glasses. My fork was broken. My pasta tasted like a freezer. I will never visit this restaurant again.
