Ordered food online. Waited 30 minutes after pickup time. Got home and food was cold, not prepared as specified. One supervisor said I will replace food and refund cost. The chef said bring my food back and I will refund the money. Replaced the pasta meals but the lobster meal needed to be returned to get a new meal, not the pasta meals though. Reassured that I would get a refund. Called back today. “I saw no reason to give you a refund anymore because I gave you the food” Stopped talking to yell at an employee in kitchen “get out, you are making unnecessary meals just get out” Wow, I would not want to work for Sam. Went to Red Lobster with my husband after not visiting the restaurant for at least 6 months, and ended up spending over $100 for just the two of us. Red Lobster used to cater to families, but with the over priced meals there is no way a family of four could afford it let alone two people on social security. I also want to comment on your rewards program. As far as I’m concerned, your reward program isn’t much of an incentive to eat there. My most recent reward was a free ‘game’….really??? My other rewards were appetizers or desserts. Why don’t you give as a reward a coupon for $5-10 dollars off your next meal. That’s more of an incentive. Won’t be going to Red Lobster again unless I win the lottery.

On Saturday October 1, 2022 my family and I visited your Brandon, FL location we waited 1 hour to be seated. Once seated we waited 30 minutes for our server and an additional 20 minutes for drinks order to be placed and bread. Finely put appetisers in after 20 more minutes of waiting we were told by the manager that our waitress had to leave and we would be getting another one no problem we asked how much longer would our appetisers be. Instead of the manager checking she left it to the new waiter who was already bombarded with his own tables he had to start all over again taking appetisers, drinks, and dinner orders with no help from either manager. After 3 hours still no food frustration set in we requested a manager twice after 30 minutes of waiting no manager came my mom went to look for a manager it was only when we threatened to contact corporate that she reappeared and offered a discount which was only about 5% off the bill. Red Lobster was one of our favourite restaurants which we frequently visit at least once or twice a month however this experience has drastically changed that.

We wanted Red Lobster since this pandemic had put a halt to our eating out. We went to two and found that the places were filthy, from the front of house to the bathroom. So we bypassed these and went to the one we were most familiar with. Which is the one off exit 82 in Conyers ga. We ordered the Admirals feast and our plates looked nothing like the advertisement. The plate looked like the food on it was practicing social distancing. That fish was so hard and I thought it would have a crunch like bacon. My daughter ordered the Alfredo pasta with Cajun chicken. I thought it was pretty good but very salty….as we were getting ready to pack up our meal, I was eating off her plate and said whats that. Thought it was the cheese that had hardened around the edges so I picked it up but noticed it had the appearance of plastic wrap. I picked it up and there were not only one piece of plastic but two. The fron of the house manager didn’t even bother to come over to take a look the waitress had to go get the back of the house manager and he tried his best to remedy the situation but he was as baffled as we were to find well coated plastic in our food…Red Lobster has gone way down hill. There were people working there that looked like they walked right off the street. Based on this it is much better to eat at home and save your money and avoid the mishap of ingesting some dam plastic

My family of 4 went to Red Lobster Rt22 Union. Waited over an hour for appetizers. Spoke to Manager Rolle and Rey the waiter who didn’t seem to be to concerned at all. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The corporate office will be contacted!

Completely useless customer service, I can’t login to my account, and now it’s locked. I don’t recive any recovery email when I submit the “forgot my password”. On top of that, the only thing I can do to contact anyone is submit a form that requires way to much information, and even after its filled out, it claims my email is invalid, even thought it’s the same email for my account.

I found that Red lobster in metro Detroit area. Use to get a salad or soup with meal now up charge for those items. Wanting to not want an item on my dinner up charge ti change that item. Not going back to Red Lobster again.

Went to red lobster for tack out back in July for take out. Messed up the order horribly, called back up to red lobster, manager apologized and said he would issue a refund, in 3-5 buisness days. Im still waiting. I’ve called back and was told by a different manager he would check into it and get back with me but he would send a gift card out to my address.im still waiting on that too. Call back today got put on hold and never came back to the phone .fine keep them lil old funky 30 dollars

Every since the pandemic seems that it’s hard to get good service for takeout. Twice in the last two weeks we ordered takeout from two different Red Lobsters and the order was either wrong or the quality of the food has changed drastically. If Service is less than desirable one more trip to Red Lobster my family and I will no longer do business with Red Lobster.

Does not rate a star! Why my Family and I decided to celebrate my niece and her husband’s 18th Wedding Anniversary at Red Lobster. Reservations were made and my Family arrived fifteen minutes prior to our supposedly reserved time. Then we were told the wait time is an hour. After waiting about an hour and a half. We were told they could not handle a party of 18 people and they do not take reservations. We decided to go to Outback on Fordham in Virginia Beach and was seated within 10 minutes. The Manager, I assume, at Red Lobster on Independence Blvd. Virginia Beach did not offer an apology. Just said they cannot handle a group our size. That would have been nice to know, when we made the reservation and having the Senior members of the Family sitting and standing around for almost two hours. Never again will we plan anything for Red Lobster. Thank you for nothing.
