The pizza is delicious! Try the spicy pesto sauce option. The spot is cute and the prices are reasonable. There are a few other reviews of the guy being aloof or rude. I didn’t experience that at all. But who the heck really cares?!? Are you looking for a friend or are you looking to get some good food? The own strikes me as someone who doesn’t put up with a lot of BS. So don’t walk in with some complicated order. Also he’s all by himself which means it takes a little longer to get your food when it’s busy.

Deliciously homemade pizza and bread. Oh let’s not forget the warm tasty cocoa, latte and espresso perfect for a snowy day like today along with freshly made sweets. Reasonable prices along with a cozy setting and very friendly ppl and conversation, well worth it! my mouth is watered thinking of it!

So delicious! David was very kind and made use three turkey and one ham sandwich on his whole wheat bread. It was very good and a perfect lunch after relaxing at Ojo. We also got peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. I highly recommend coming here instead of eating lunch at the spa!

I had a bad day. Was looking for a place to eat. Found Red Mountain Pizza. They had a good variety on the menu. I had a roast beef sandwich with chips and drink. Very filling. If ever in the neighborhood, I will stop. They made my bad day, good. Thank you.

Cool rustic place for Pizza and much more. It has atmosphere but this is more of a “to go” place in the winter months and garden area picnic tables in the nicer weather. And what it may lack in dining area is made up by the great food that this guy makes!! Pizza is great by the slice or whole pie. Coffee’s are great and his daily special soups and baked goods are consumed by the locals. Red Mountain café is Ojo Caliente’s baker. His breads, muffins and cookies are wonderful. My wife and I have stopped in to eat here a dozen times or more, each being excellent. We bring a whole Pizza home with us often to reheat, if you like thin and crispy this is the place. Food at Ojo Caliente’s Inn is great but very pricy with few options which is how we found this place. It is a long walking distance or short drive away. Late night snacks after soaking till 10pm under the stars can be found at Red Mountain Café or muffins for breakfast with coffee before soaking!

Poor attitude and mediocre food. The guy is really a poor business owner. He is aloof, and has no self awareness about how he comes off to people. He made my pizza wrong and acted like it was my fault, then offered to throw cold pepperoni on my pizza… After I asked for a refund he wanted to remake the pizza… But with the childish attitude like that, and his actions I was certainly worried he would do something to it.

Don’t trust their website or count on them to be open. There website and the sign on their door say open until 8pm. Showed up at 4pm and they were closed with no explanation, we were counting on them for dinner but now forced to spend 3x as much at the restaurant at the spa.

The one man operation seemed to be struggling. The sandwich that we ordered was made alright but with subpar ingredients. Should have passed and waited to eat somewhere else. Not sure about the pizza, did not try it.
