Our first time here, but definitely not our last. Ali went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and the food was delicious! Their chili is amazing and not to mention their onion rings are to die for. He had great customer service and made us feel very welcome. He also saw all the kids we had and turned on the cartoons for the kids.

Burgers are so flavorful, juicy, and fresh! The burgers do take a bit of time to make, but they’re worth the wait! The owner puts so much effort into the quality of his food. He makes the food as you order. They’ve got veggie options and so many things other than just burgers on the menu. Great prices and kind service. I’ll be coming here anytime I want a burger and fries!

While it was a bit of a wait in the drive-thru, the gentleman who served us (presumably the owner) was amazingly courteous. The wait turned out to be worth it once our orders arrived as everything had been made fresh.

Speaker didn’t work well because they couldn’t hear my order which in return gave us the wrong order that we took home. Food was good and flavor was though. It just took about 30 mins of waiting in the drive through to get it. But the plus is that they wait till you order it to make it!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with great customer service. I’m assuming is the owner of the restaurant has great sense of humor and was in a very great mood. I love the energy and vibe from todays visit. All staff was friendly and very helpful. Not to mention the food is amazing! Definitely coming back again and recommend to everyone.

This is the first time I have been to this Red Onion in Madera, and the older gentleman that was doing the cooking was absolutely wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure everything is exactly the way I wanted it. He was great and he made my day I will definitely be back and I will definitely tell all my friends about it.
