I love Red Rabbit! I got the miso ramen and it was so fresh and packed with flavor. I got it to go and had a 30 minute ride back home and it was still fresh.

A hidden Ramen Gem in Columbus. Very, pleasantly surprised. In fact, I was blown away by the broth especially, in the spicy miso ramen. Really great depth of flavor, and really spicy. Noodles were also great, and the vegetables, very nice, but dang that broth stands out bigtime. I highly recommend trying it. Dude is killing it, honestly. I didn’t try them this time, but I did see an order of the steamed buns go out and they looked great too.

Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Columbus. Fantastic ramen (recommend the spicy miso or kimchi ramen) with a surprisingly flavorful oat milk based vegan broth. They do not skimp out on Chashu (which are thick and have great umami), and the noodles have a nice chewy texture.

This place is a gem. Excellent ramen. I was so surprised at how flavorful even the Miso broth was. Also, one gripe I often have with ramen is that it does not fill me up. I’ve eaten at Red Rabbit several times now and always left feeling very satisfied after a bowl of ramen. And I’m a vegetarian! One thing I talked to the owner about was adding Tofu to the menu and he said he was already experimenting with recipes, so presumably that is in the works.

Grabbed a take-out order to try, and I’ll definitely be back to try it dine-in. The Spicy Miso broth reminds me of the bowl I used to get at Ramen Takeya in Chicago, which is a huge compliment. Best bowl I’ve found in Columbus for overall taste!
