I am not going to lie the service at first was questionable. I went to the bar area and nobody came to take my order and reading these comments I ain’t the only one. The manager came by and took my order which was great. This was my first time eating at an Red Robin’s. The place was clean and nice. Great place to come and watch the game and eat. The wings were very tasty. The burger was good not great. I would definitely come back again. Now with D&B and BWW I think will be having a hard time unless they start pulling out some deals. Honestly if you want a decent beer and want to eat at an low key place while your wife / girlfriend Christmas shop this is it. Not too crowed and a few big screen tvs. The bar was nice and dead and that’s how I like it. 🙂

I had to take down and re-review. The service was friendly and funny. Our food came pretty fast and hot! (Different than before). The food was good. They now wrap the burgers again for less mess, which is a plus. They changed the veggie patty and have to admit it taste like bread mostly with corn in it. Wish it was not so mushy. My daughter’s burger was perfect although they did not ask how she wanted it cooked? Way less fries with a Tavern Burger (small basket) and we did not have a chance since the waiter did not come by to ask for more (they say bottomless) Also we didn’t get our drinks refreshed. It was soooo slow too (only about 4 other tables). On the fence about this trip???? Luckily we got the friendly waiter…the others had NO personality!

Disappointing. I like Red Robin in general, but this one isn’t good. We have been here a few times, but our most recent experience was the worst. All of our meals took a really long time to come out. When the food did arrive, my wife’s came out as a burger, but she ordered chicken, so we had to send it back. My daughter’s mac and cheese, didn’t actually come out with the rest. It took an additional 5 minutes, and then came out cold. My mother in law asked for sauce on the side of her wrap, but the sauce came on it. All told, 4 out of our 5 meals had issues, and my daughter’s came out so late that she ended up filling up on fries and whatnot that she was too full to eat it.

Stopped in for dinner with my two sons. Grabbed a pretzel bites for an app, which was fine. One son got the Smoky Jack Tavern burger, which he thought was good, but a little salty. My other son got the Big Reds Tavern burger, which he said was very salty. I ordered the Fish and Chips (it’s Lent) and the fish was too salty. I spoke to someone about the over-seasoned food and his recommendation was to order the food unseasoned the next time we come in. Not quite the response I was looking for. An apology would’ve been nice. There’s a lot of places to eat at the mall and this place has already shut down once. I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon since I feel my boys and I got about a months’ worth of sodium in that meal.

Berger’s left a greasy feeling in your mouth. The sauce was the only flavor in the berher. Service was poor. Another waitress helped us more than our own. If we asked for something, it was forgotten. We never got it. We were never asked if we wanted refills on drinks. And bottomless fries took 15 min to get. Won’t be going back. Thank you to the other waitress that helped us.

Total incompetence. Decided to head to Red Robin for dinner since I had not been to one in a long time (over a year). Only had 3 people my wife, daughter and myself. Got seated immediately but cannot go onto how the food was as we never received any, nor did we ever receive any service. Sat at the table for 15 minutes as numerous waiters and waitresses walked by and even the manager without as much as a greeting let alone taking our drink order. The place was bear empty only a handful of tables eating so there was no excuse of it being busy and staff being over worked. Needless to say we will not return to this establishment ever again.

The food was good, but the service was incredibly poor. The waitress refused to refill our drinks/fries and we has to call them over via the table tablet to get their attention. Once we did, she acted annoyed. She stood around talking to the table in front of her. Awful experience and because of that I won’t be returning.

I absolutely loved the previous iteration of Red Robin at this location and visited regularly. I was sad when they closed. They had a great staff and it seemed a smooth operation. I had hopes raised when I saw Red Robin open here again, but this new one is just not on par yet. Too many people that don’t know what they’re doing and not enough people that seem to care about getting things done right the first time.

Terrible terrible service. Didn’t stay to eat the food because guy in front ignored me when I walked up. When I asked if I seat myself he finally acknowledged me. Then when I told him there was 6 of us another employee ran over and interrupted. Then he told me a ten minute wait, I said great……. Do you need my name. Oh yeah and he took my name and number. Then 10 minutes later were we told our table was ready. We get there and there is water all over the floor and only five chairs. The waitress just stood there confused. I told her to give everyone there menus and I’ll wait. She did then just stood there, we got a sixth chair and I had to tell someone else that worked there to becareful not to trip on the water because they took the sign away but never cleaned it up. There were like 6-7 other tables with no people but never cleaned up. Also, the bathroom had zero toilet paper and holes in the wall. It looked dirty everywhere. We left NO WAY will I ever eat there !
