We recently visited Red Robin to celebrate our children’s birthday and we were left with mixed feelings about our experience. As parents, we appreciate the effort that goes into making a restaurant family-friendly and welcoming, and Red Robin definitely delivered on that front with the balloons at the entrance. The kids loved them and it instantly set a celebratory mood.

Walking in the door we were greeted by the host laying on the counter. We waited for 40 minutes for a table, after being seated we waited another 20 minutes without being ever speaking to a waitress. No introduction, do drinks, no starters absolutely nothing. We stood up and left not once on our way out did a staff member ask why we were leaving. We will absolutely never visit a red robin again if this is the standard of service.

Food was good, did not take long to get food after the order was placed, but my shoes stuck to their very worn and discolored looking carpet. Makes me wonder what’s was spilled and how long ago. Waitress Wynter was nice and provided good, efficient service.

My family and I arrived at 6pm today and were told there was a wait, but then someone else came up and said there wasn’t one. Confusing start. We were seated and luckily my son was occupied by the kids menu games. We waited 25 minutes and no one ever came to our table to greet us, bring waters, or anything. We came hungry, but were ignored. Not sure where the breakdown was, but we left. How is this place still open? The restaurant wasn’t even close to full to be running this slowly or poorly. Won’t return.

The place was basically empty and yet it was still a 20+ minute wait when we got there…with no one waiting in front of us. Apparently there is ALWAYS at least a 20 minute wait no matter what the circumstances. We got a pager and went and did some quick shopping so the location is nice for the wait time.

Some sides where not available and they don’t let us know that in advance. We had to wait for everything and the restaurant was almost empty. They serve us the food quickly but without utensils. We had to wait a lot of time to see the server for asking more sides or drinks and then a lot of time more to had then on the table. The food was good. We will never come back this restaurant again. We prefer any other different Red Robins for sure.

Gross. Food over salted. Forgot half my food….grease soaked COLD fries. Burger not cooked to order. Seriously wish we asked for the management. Couldn’t even finish the food. Go to McDonald’s even though it’s gross too…still better.

We arrived and we were immediately seated but we were never served. We sat there for 30 mins, with two of the servers that were assigned to our area making eye contact with us and still not serving us. People came after us and they were still served before us, I don’t know if it’s because they had little kids but it could be a factor. It wasn’t busy and at one point we watched servers just standing at the bar talking. It’s unfortunate because we’ve gone to this red robin during busier times and we had better service than when it was less busy.

The food was delicious. The service was terrible. I asked for a drink refill when we received our main course. I had finished my burger – Whiskey Bourbon and DELICIOUS- and still had not gotten my drink. I asked for more sweet potato fries – they were “working”. I finally received my drink- I tasted it and it was not the Sprite I had requested. Not sure if it was club soda or seltzer? Anyway, as I placed it near the end of the table, I realized there was something on the glass- no, it was IN the glass. When he finally came with my fries, I told him the glass was dirty and no thanks I did not want another. We asked for the check . When he brought back the receipt was when he asked if everything was okay and did we need anything? THAT’S when you try to be nice and pay attention? Tip time? I believe he was in the weeds and did not ask for help. He spent LOTS of time at a big table – there were only three of us.
