I’ve never eaten in this restaurant but my carryout experience has always been excellent. On time food ,and service with a smile. I had Red’s Pig Out Double today. Very tasty, and juicy burger. The glazed bacon added some nice sweetness. I will ask for light mayonnaise next time though,too much of it on my sandwich and it overwhelmed the overall taste. Love thier steak fries,mine were cooked perfectly. Great value,and much better than the fast food burger choices around.

I love Red Robin’s one of my favorite burger spots always has been since I was a toddler. I probably ate my first burger at Red Robin’s and been hooked since. The atmosphere is like a time capsule it takes you to a time in history for a experience and you can enjoy the moment while your eating gourmet burgers and fries. You never been try it out.

Very busy! Great job by our server, Amanda. She too great care of us! Food was pretty good; the only thing that could improve is for $14.29 (burger and fries) and adding $1.99 more for Parmesean and garlic could be just a little more than a few pieces of parmesean sprinkled on the plain fries.

Our waitress Logan is an absolute champ and deserves all the praise possible. We rolled in for a quick bite an hour before closing and were seated behind a group of elderly patrons that, well, I wouldn’t have called ‘polite’. Despite the difficulties and rude remarks they were putting her through, she remained VERY professional and never let our drinks go below 25%. 10/10 for service and 20/10 for self control because I can’t say I would have been able to remain calm in a similar situation, let alone still employed.

Was very disappointed in the food and drinks given to us that night. Me and three friends went to our usual favorite place. The drinks we ordered were awful. I have never been more dissatisfied in a alcoholic beverage. And then we ordered appetizers and those came out fine and fresh. But my friend and I order the whiskey river bbq chicken weak which is our favorite! But I was and so was he very disappointed in the wrap. Our other friend who ordered a sandwich said that there’s was good and had no complaints other than her drink. And my friends fries came out burnt. Our waitress was not attentive at all. Kept going to the other tables around us and didn’t like the fact that we asked for things we needed like refills and extra sauce and napkins. Very disappointed this time around and might not be back for a while.

I would almost say they were overstaffed today. Our server was able to repeatedly check on our party of 8 more than6 times. 2 manager, many servers, and a dedicated clean up crew. Efficient service, accurate orders and add always the meals were good.

I carried my grandbaby to the door because it was raining and the manager didn’t even hold the door open for me. Just stood there. We sat down pretty quickly because the place was just about empty. The server was nice she quickly exchanged the dirty dishes that were brought to the table. It was a group and there were a couple of side eyed looks of them that probably would’ve left if it hadn’t been for the guest of honor’s choice restaurant.

My husband and I decided to go out to lunch Saturday (7/1) afternoon. When we got to the restaurant there was a sign on the door stating the fountain drink were down. No big deal for us. We get in, set down and our server SJ comes up to our table, does not introduce herself just proceeds to reiterate that the fountain drinks were down. We both order water and drinks from the bar. At this point SJ seems a bit irritated as she is very short with us about the drinks we ordered stating that she had already explained that the fountain drinks were down, my husband ordered a freckled lemonade. She had not explained that lemonade was a drink she couldn’t make. After we ordered different drinks we placed an appetizer order of boneless bbq wings and our two burgers. After sitting for maybe 10-15 minutes our burgers come out but we have yet to receive our appetizer. 5 minutes after our burgers came out the appetizer was brought to us. At this point I was irritated and didn’t even want the appetizer. SJ manage to speak to the manager before us and explain herself. He then came and spoke with us. I will say he was very pleasant, apologized for the timing issues, SJ’s attitude, and took care of our appetizer for us. The manager definitely made the experience much better at the restaurant than our server did.
