Stopped in after a long day to relax and refuel. Atmosphere was very good. Our waitress was tops. She was very patient as we were talking quite a bit amongst ourselves. Food was very very good. We love their bottomless sweet potatoe fries. Well managed restaurant.

3.3.23, an unfortunate encounter at Red Robin. They were out of wraps, regular fries, sweet potato fries, garlic fries, lemonade, and much more that made ordering difficult. Onion rings were not substituted on the bottomless option, still. Service was very pleasant but very slow. Fried pickles were extremely soggy. The burger’s were too large for anyone’s mouths, causing most of the toppings to fall off and couldn’t be included in the burger. Fortunately the service was friendly and they had crayons to pass the time. Grilled chicken and homemade chips saved the day.

I love Red Robin’s burger and sweet potato fries, zucchini fries the most! High quality, good vibes, friendly. I really don’t understand why this place doesn’t have higher reviews. I will always go here when I want to eat burger.

This was my first visit to a red Robin, since it was our first visit they treated us to some free fries and samples of there sauces plus gave us a interdiction to there bottomless sides. Our water was outstanding, I was very pleased with the service and food!

I met with family here to celebrate my birthday this weekend and we all had a wonderful time! Our waitress was awesome, everyone enjoyed what they ordered, and they also asked and the waitress brought out a birthday sundae for me later in our visit. I went to Red Robin today with my partner. We got mozzarella sticks, the sautéed shroom hamburger and I got the crispy chicken sandwich. I took a bite out of it and realized the chicken was kind of grey, cut into it and found out it was completely raw! The manager came out to address it and said “yeah we’ve been having problems with our chicken”. What! He then proceeded to give me a coupon for a free dessert and tried to charge me for the rest. My partner and I were sick to our stomach. This honestly should’ve been a lawsuit, who knows what would’ve happened if I had eaten it!!!

Update: We have complained about slowness and talked to a manager who assured it would change. Just visited again today and my wife ordered a well done burger…came out pure pink 2/3 of the burger. Still slow. Bathroom was a disaster and fall risk but they did nothing about it the whole time we were there…which was a while. This place seems to run on the mantra of “Eh, good enough.” We’re done with this location.
