I always enjoy Red Robin. On this occasion, the service was great! We had bottomless salad, which the first serving had a good portion. In the past, the initial portion was small, and you always needed to ask for 2nds or 3rds, which took time.

Of course, the burger chain comes with varieties of choices in terms of burgers and dinks and fancy desserts and shakes. Staffs are friendly. But the tastes aren’t that great considering price points. The tastes are similar to the fast food-chain like (Big Macs, Burger King!) There were entertainment fees don’t know why on our receipts. They have tablets on each table to reorder foods and let kids play games, although we never played any game, yet! Overall experience isn’t that great! Big name, average standard! Hopefully, it’ll live up to its nationwide reputation.

Decided to eat at Robin while I was shopping at the mall, I ordered one of their signature burgers, it was tasty but what didn’t like is that I ordered sweet potato fries instead of the traditional and I just got a very small amount, the fries looked skinny and old, I think they should do better

They did not have lemon four our water neither did they have any of their milkshakes as their machine was not working. We had the veggie burger and it was decent. Service was a bit slow, had to wait a bit for the brocolli and burger. The waiter who served us was very kind, so overall an OK experince.
