Tables and floors dirty. But food was really nice. I loved the new Truffle fries, Bleu Burger and Typhoon Burger. Mozzarella sticks were fried to perfection. Waitress was nice and efficient. Kept our strawberry lemonade with fresh strawberries full. It was so delicious. Kept our fries replenished.

I always love Red Robin, but this visit was especially awesome. We came in for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was clean and there were other people there eating, but it wasn’t loud or crowded and we didn’t have to wait to sit down. Our server was amazing! She was so sweet and friendly, she also brought us fries and sauce before our meal (which was extra helpful since we had a toddler) and she brought out refills on our drinks without us needing to ask. The flow of the meal was perfect, which seemed like a standard for the restaurant and not just because of our great server. It was very relaxed and efficient. The food came out exactly as ordered, and it was delicious! We got the Gourmet Cheeseburger and a Monster Burger. The Gourmet Cheeseburger is my go-to for a classic choice that never gets old, but really, any burger there is great.

This was my first time eating here. I had always heard it’s yum until my now fiance. He has always said all his experiences here were terrible. Well after a year he finally took me to try it. I have to say yum indeed. First of all I love fries. They are one of my favorites and these fries did not disappoint. They were perfect. And that dipping sauce…nectar of the Gods. My burger was really good too but I brought most of it home because those perfect golden fries filled my tummy to the tippy top. I must convince my sweet sweet man to bring me again. My only Red Robin complaint is it was SO loud in there.

Loved it, but it was so loud we couldn’t talk. The music should be turned down. The food was good. I hadn’t been to this one in years. The server was sweet and constantly checked on us which was great.

Love coming here! We had a waitress who did a GREAT job! I was impressed especially when I found out it was only her second week on the job. The manager is AWESOME and he walks around and makes sure his guests are happy – and you can tell he genuinely cares. It’s been a long time since someone came by to our table to make sure we were pleased with our experience. Will keep coming back!

We ordered through DoorDash, my burger was incredibly under cooked like raw! And I asked for a little pink. And there were maybe 6 fries in my box! And I even ordered extra fries. The bag was tied shut so no the dasher didn’t eat the food. It was my birthday treat so I was really sad I couldn’t eat my burger, I didn’t want to get sick.

Really awful over all. I’m really sad it’s one of the first times I’ve been in a Red Robin since I myself was employed at one. And ours had so much love. No love here at all. Campfire sauce was sour. Fries were covered in grease and soggy. The employee culture seems totally messed up. Treat people better and nicer. Put a little love into what you do. And care about the people around you 🙁 you can tell it’s not employee issues it’s management. So this message is to them. Everyone works really hard for their money. And it’s disappointing when you regret spending yours. If you wouldn’t eat it. Don’t serve it. And if you wouldn’t like the actions you are doing to someone else don’t do it to them.

The food was fantastic and so was the service. It was super busy when we arrived but they got us seated super quickly. The waitress was super duper sweet and even though there was a lot going on she made sure that we had everything we needed. There was even a table down the row from us *prissy white ladies, probably regular karens* who were upset with something but the manager handled it well and managed to handle their “complaint” without comprising the integrity of the staff. It is expensive but the food is really good.

I dine in and take out. Everyone is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Haven’t had any service issues or getting my order wrong, missing items, etc. I could live off the bottomless fries. Onion rings are a great option as well. Great shakes and many desert options. Hang out at the bar and watch a game is my go to.
