Burger was good. The bottomless fries were soggy and I had asked for fresh fries after and the server claimed that they were fresh and she saw them take it out from the fryer but they turned out to be burnt and 1 piece was uncooked. Everything else was fine just not great food for 49 dollars plus tip.

I had the fish & steak fries (fries were bottomless) coleslaw all very good. Good sized portions (except for the coleslaw was small), but to be fair, I never asked for more, so they might have served me more had I asked. Their dipping sauces were very good, as was the iced tea. The server was very tentative but not bothersome.

Our son was granted a Make A Wish yesterday, and Red Robin was his choice for his lunch. His birthday was also a couple days before. This location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our boy’s special day even more special. We appreciate every bit of staff that worked yesterday, and also the special appearance from Batman. Thank you so much from the deepest part of mine and my wifes hearts!

My friend and I visited the Red Robin’s on the east side this morning when you opened at 11am. We was greeted promptly by our waitress Julia. She was very friendly and attentive! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She also asked me if I had a rewards account with y’all. She was very knowledgeable. The food was brought out in a timely manner and tasted great! Julia continued to come back to make sure everything was fine and consistently made sure we had something to drink. My friend and I continued talking after we paid our ticket and she even came back and offered us to go cups for our drinks! I was impressed! She’s an asset to your company! Give this woman a raise!! I’ll definitely request her to be our waitress when we come back again!

We went early on a Sunday so it was not busy. The staff was nice and friendly, the service was fast. They still have the bottomless fries/sides, and a free sundae for your birthday.

The burgers are absolutely delicious. I tried the Scorpio burger, and while it was the tasty, it made my stomach hurt very badly. It also made my husbands stomach upset. I’m not trying to discourage anyone from eating an amazingly delicious burger, I’m simply warning you to be prepared if you may have food sensitivities or are planning an activity afterwards. Maybe bring some Tums with you if you aren’t returning home afterwards. Their burgers are very yummy and I highly recommend trying one, but be warned, they can mess your stomach up. The one con is that the burgers are pretty small and don’t include a lot of meat especially for the price. I went in thinking I was going to get a big juicy burger. It was juicy and tasty, but not very big. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Just left Red Robin for dinner. The food was good, however it immediately got cold because the air conditioning was blowing around 20 mph on us and our food. All the while the sun was glaring through the window in my eyes. I asked for the shades to be adjusted, but they couldn’t because the length didn’t cover the whole window! You seriously need to fix these problems. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive! And it arrived already cold. We like to eat our hot food HOT, and our cold food COLD. And the air conditioning not blowing in our faces making us freeze to death and blowing 20 mph on our food the entire time during our meal. Seriously, Red Robin, fix this problem! This experience ruined our whole meal. Plus, now my husband is in a poor mood this evening.

We always love Red Robin! If you’re looking for fresh food and lots of it, in my opinion, then you’ve come to the right place! I personally love all of the food, and it’s always a treat to come here! Everyone has a friendly face and service has always been top-notch! They have many choices for not only food, but drinks as well!
