This was my first time at this location. I was impressed. We were seated quickly, our orders were taken soon after we were seated and the food came 10 minutes later. Very impressive! Even more impressive was our waitress Maddy. She was so patient with us as we took forever to order. She was so pleasant and professional. She checked on us frequently. She was so impressive. Service was great-Madison was an amazing waitress. Food was amazing-pretzel bites and of course the basket of fries filled us up before our actual food came out. Banzai burger and teriyaki chicken looked amazing, but we were too stuffed to eat it, so we have dinner for tonight. Definitely coming back.

This was their second chance visit, as the first time we were here it was a bust. They have really gotten it together! We were promptly seated, our server introduced himself a few minutes later & brought fresh, hot fries and beverages. The attentive service continued throughout our visit. The food was hot, fresh & fabulous from the onion ring tower appetizer through the last bite of burger.

Very disappointing. Overall, the food is pretty good, but it’s overpriced and the portions are tiny. We were shocked to find they put that low quality pre-cooked bacon (the same kind you get at a free continental hotel breakfast buffet) on a $15 burger. Not only did my husband immediately notice, but my dad also mentioned it after taking a single bite. Such a disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I doubt I’ll go back. It wasn’t awful, but wasn’t great either.

I have Celiac Disease, it makes eating out very tricky. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out Red Robin has not only Gluten free buns but also a dedicated fryer for allergies. I was able to eat french fries and sweet potato fries. This is a big deal for me as these are things I don’t normally get to enjoy. The food was amazing as was our server. I will definitely be back every time I’m in town!

This is a new store, then open about a year just north of Eisenhower airport. Space is smaller than the store on the east side a little more bright we went at 5:00 on a Friday afternoon and I just think people don’t know it’s there yet because it should have been cram packed every place else around there was we walked right in and got seated and we’re eating in 15 minutes our meal. Lexi our server was absolutely fantastic!! And all the times we visited a red robin though I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad server. If you’re looking for a great burger joint on the west side, this place would be a good one to give a shot
