Just wonderful! I absolutely loved my experience at this Red Robin. I love the food here, and our server did a great job even with a decent sized group. I got a southern charm burger and it was so good just slightly pink, and juicy. They have great lemonades as well. I think the price is a touch high, but it is worth it on the special occasions. Great place to come and eat!

This Red Robin was 2 miles from my hotel and I was surrounded by lots of other great restaurants but, I was looking for a predictable meal and good service. If you are this part of Scottsdale, Red Robin is a great choice. I had the Fish & Chips. They were perfectly deep fried and the fries and cold slaw were also very good. Definitely recommend this place in a sea of mediocre restaurants.

Went there a few days ago. Our waiter Armando was superb. I mean a real class act guy. Constantly checking in with us, making sure everything was all good for us. Food was food lol. I mean is it any better than another burger place, no not really. But the service was definitely welcomed and appreciated. Shakes were good too.

We are 43 year fans of Red Robin and have visited at least 30 different locations — this location is one of the best. Our waiter provided excellent service and our burgers tasted great! We had the guacamole burger and the banzai – both patties were juicy & flavorful and they didn’t skimp on the toppings/sauces. Food quality at some Red Robins seems to have declined some in the last few years, but NOT at this location! We were only in Phoenix for a few days, so glad that we had dinner here one night :-). If we lived in Phoenix this would be our Red Robin of choice.

Brought food out but didn’t remove the plates (see photo). Waitress was pleasant but totally horrible on basically everything. Had to continually ask for refills on my drink which never happened! “Salad had wilted food and the cucumbers were obviously frozen and then defrosted which made the unpleasant (see photo). Had to ask for silverware TWICE. Food was not that great. Service was just the worst and it wasn’t busy. They simply don’t care. I expected so much better from Red Robin because this chain normally over delivers. Corporate needs to pay a visit and tell the manager to stop playing on his phone and manage!

I have loved, love, and will continue to love Red Robin’s. This day was especially awesome. I was able to see a bunch of buddies that I normally get to see! The waitress we had was amazing. Even as we kept rolling in, she was amazing at handling it all and keeping our checks straight! I can’t wait to go back! I trust that no matter which one I go to, its service will always be top notch, and amazing!

I absolutely adore the vibe in this place—it’s perfect for my family to chill out while enjoying our favorite burgers and drinks. The staff is seriously awesome, always keeping an eye out to make sure we have everything we need. Our waiter, Jarett, and the manager, Jose, went above and beyond to give us incredible service, treating us like family and happily answering all our menu-related questions.

Had the best experience we have ever had in a restaurant. We showed up with a huge group and they were able to get us seated and served in a timely manner. Our server was Cole and he was so attentive and amazing, especially with all of the kiddos that we had.

I enjoy Reb Robin. The strawberry freckle drink is the best. So glad they give unlimited free refills. I usually get the salad or the pizza. Who would think pizza from here, but you have to taste it. The all meat has a tiny kick to it. I’m not a spicy eater and I noticed but still eat it. Also they have bottomless fries that are always hot, if by chance they are not hot, they will get you another batch. Great place. The bar has the TV going and you can sit and just enjoy your meal. Great place to eat.
