We came here for some late night dinner. The service from Maycee was amazing. She was on top of it! The impossible burger was possibly (haha, get it?) the best burger I have ever had!! Enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone who loves burgers!

Called before hand and they said they were pet friendly on the phone as long as we were on the patio. Once arriving, they asked if it was a service animal (which is not legal), and I responded with no and I told them I had called on the phone beforehand asking if it was okay and the hostess asked several coworkers and they said it was fine. we were then led to our table where we ordered drinks and an appetizer. A moment later one of the managers asked us to leave. There was not a single person else out on the patio FYI.

Red Robin is the place to go for quality food at an affordable price. The newly revamped menu is good, and the prices are still pretty low. I definitely go here when I’m in the mood for some fries, and their ranch and campfire sauces can’t be beat! I absolutely would recommend this restaurant.

Prices at Red Robin have gone up and quality has gone down. This used to be one of my favorite places, mainly because of the bottomless fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and soggy and I had no desire to order extra.

Had a great time dining with a friend and my husband. The food was as good as it usually is, and the service was on point! It was dinner time on Wednesday evening, but we managed to get a table right away. Our server was excellent, always making sure our drinks were filled and checking to see if we were in need of anything! I got the guacamole bacon burger with provolone. My husband got the Ensenada chicken platter with salad and our friend for a sausage pizza! Now I’m not a fan of sausage, especially on pizza but theirs is actually really tasty and I would consider not subbing it off my pizza if I ordered one that had it on it like I usually do! This location is easy to get to being in the mall parking lot! Give them a try next time you’re in the mood!

Ordered from door dash and was amazingly impressed with the quality, service and satisfaction. Chicken was tender and juicy, garlic fries were flavorful, and all modification instructions were followed to a tee. Plus there was extra seasoning packets and ketchup that were a fantastic on the fries. Best Red Robin in Spokane area!

The first time we came to this establishment, we were very pleased. We sat at the bar and had 2 drinks each and dinner and the bartender that night was very nice. But when we went back on New Year’s Eve, we had a completely different experience. The bartender took our IDs and she asked if she could keep mine. Thinking it was to have an ID at the bar, I let her. She then brought us back our ID’s with two cups of water and then asked if I had a debit card with the same name as my Driver’s License to prove I was who my ID said I was. So we went to our car to grab my debit card and came back to sit by our waters. We waited a good 10 minutes while this bartender was wiping off pickle jars behind the counter until a manager walked up to us and asked to verify my Driver’s License after she pointed us out. My debit card has my first name, middle initial, and last name on it and he said it checked out, while telling me in front of the bar that I shouldn’t change my appearance from my Driver’s License photo. The picture on my Driver’s License was taken 4 YEARS ago and I was skinnier and had make up on. I’ve never had an issue using my state issued drivers license before. After he verified me, she came back to take our order. The clucks and fries I ordered were okay (even tho she brought me ranch when I said no sauce), but the problem came when we ordered drinks. We ordered the spiked Freckled Lemonades (which we had previously and liked), and when we got them, mine tasted like it had no alcohol in it, even though my boyfriend specifically mentioned we had vodka in ours the previous time. I tasted my boyfriends and his tasted like it had alcohol in it, but mine didn’t. Another bartender saw me questioning my drink and brought me another one which DEFINITELY tasted like it had the alcohol in it. And after she took over the other bartender didn’t come back except to ask us if everything was okay after the other bartender had already served us. If it wasn’t for the second bartender the night probably would have been ruined. I believe it’s highly inappropriate to scold a customer about their ID photo when they’ve proven it rightfully belongs to them. The manager had mentioned while checking my drivers license that this had happened before due to the same issue (person gained weight since their ID picture was taken) and that person’s parents had cursed him out when it happened. So don’t go to this Restraunt/bar if you have any change in appearance from your driver’s license or ID picture unless you want to be questioned/embarrassed in front of the entire bar. We probably won’t be returning due to this. Pictured is the drink I ordered that had NO alcohol in it because the bartender didn’t agree/believe my ID belonged to me.

Very nice place and very clean. The service was great and very fast. Servers checked on me just enough and didn’t over do it. Royal Red Robin burger was good as usual and the fries were killer. Definitely check it if your looking for a good burger.
