I had a fantastic dining experience at this brewery recently. The value for money, particularly the steaks, exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable, and we had no problems finding parking. However, the restaurant’s atmosphere left us slightly perplexed due to the abundance of empty space, which detracted from the overall theme. Despite that, all the food was exceptional, and I highly recommend it.

Needed an outdoor patio for lunch where we could bring our dog. When I called to ask, Sean answered the phone and was super helpful and welcoming to bring our dog to the outdoor patio. Sean himself was our server and brought our dog a bowl of water. He made great beer recommendations and the burgers we ordered were delicious, although interesting since the brewery burger is served in a crispy pita bread. We also had fried pickles, french fries and a side salad and all were very good. The outdoor patio is rather basic (but shaded!), and adjoins the side street so can’t really comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant.

A nice cooldown dinner after working outdoor on hot days. It had a satisfactory fresh brew menu for one-of-each: pale ale, IPA, amber ale etc.. Service was fulfilling of expectations. I certainly enjoyed the pizza from the brick oven. The food was well executed and very presentable. I can’t give it a full 5 stars because a fulfillment of a checklist, but yes I did enjoy this place for both of my dinner nights in so far my only trip to Park City. This place basically was just like a competitive brewery back home near San Francisco, but yes I enjoyed it:)

The food we had was just okay. I’d put it on par with many of the big chains. I’d stick to the simpler items—pizza, cheese sticks and fries were all decent. The more sophisticated stuff was really not very good. Atmosphere is pretty fun and it always seems to be busy. The waitstaff was definitely overworked. Our waiter was trying to serve three six tops and a fifteen top simultaneously, and service suffered severely as a result.

Red Rock Brewing has great food and a fun atmosphere. The service was fantastic. They even put up with us bringing in a whole soccer team of 11 year old boys. Something I will never do again. I’m so sorry. But the service staff handled the craziness like Champs.
