Have stopped by Red Tomato many, many times over the last 5 years specifically for their Meat lovers pizza. The pizza has always been consistently good. Good sauce, good combination of meats, good taste, good amount of toppings, good cheese coverage and the dough has a good crunch. Just a really good overall pizza from a pizza lover that travels all over for pizza. When I’m in western mass and hungry, I’m Real Happy to give them my business. Looking forward to my next bite.

Friendly staff, very clean. Actually a small sit in Italian restaurant. Seemed pretty popular as people were coming and going picking up orders. Pizza was good, thin crust. Cheese was a lighter color than usual, I thought it may have been underdone, but it was good.

I was on one of my day trips out west, and I set this place as a lunch destination. It was my first visit here so I ordered my go-to sandwich… if they get this right, then it’s a good indicator that the owners know what they are doing. The sandwich was, in my opinion, perfect. The roll toasted just right, nicely seasoned and grilled chicken and the lettuce was appropriately shredded nice and fine. Mayo, provolone and onions were also tastefully portioned. Like I said, a perfect grilled chicken sub. The pizza looked great as well, but I’ll have to come back to try that on a later day trip. Thanks Red Tomato pizza for a great lunch experience!

We stopped into this little hidden gem two weeks ago and went back last night for another fabolous meal, and I truly mean Fabolous!!! Steve the chef truly knows how to incorporate his ingredients!!! Everything we’ve had is excellent!!! Drove an hour and a half and we’ll worth the drive! If you’ve never eaten here you must make it to this lovely hidden gem in the center green of Barre!!!

The food is good. I did not leave hungry. They have about 7 tables so plenty of seating. The place is very clean. It’s on the common in Barre, very nice spot. A decent amount of parking in front and more across the common if you don’t mind a nice 2-3 minute walk across the grass. They have a pretty large menu with all the items you’d expect plus more! IE: Stuffed Peppers. I recommend if you like pizza, spaghetti,grinders….wait….who doesn’tlike that?!
