The Red Zone is a hidden gem (except for the locals) in Highland WI. Don’t expect elegance from the decor but the food exceeds all expectations. We didn’t order the 22 Oz Porterhouse steak special but enjoyed the aroma of the steaks being grilled outside the back door. We saw several people enjoying their steaks…they looked amazing. We ordered Friday night seafood buffet. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh veggies and cheese. The clam chowder and chicken with wild rice soups were both delicious. The buffet included shrimp, cod, catfish, chicken and even frog legs….all were awesome. You can also order from the menu. Topped off by friendly staff and a well stocked bar. We highly recommend.

Came with a group of 9 for dinner. Not 1 complaint about food or service. A majority had the prime rib and seafood buffet. Everything was great. The only problem is not accepting credit/debit cards. You’re shorting your business income potential and better tipping for your waitress’.

Food was very good! My husband had the prime rib/shrimp, I had the broasted chicken. The salad bar was excellent! Very friendly staff is always a plus! Clean and well organized.
