Great Ramen stop once you get past the ordering, employee behind the register did not know much and musta’ been ready to go home. When asking about certain ramen dishes very little feedback was given. A menu with pics would be helpful as no pics are provided. Once got past the ordering, ramen was pretty good, good flavor, good portion and definitely hot. We had the Texas Ramen with brisket, very good twist and flavorful.

Best authentic Japanese Ramen in town! My second visit was a charm with cuts of pork. My first visit had cuts of brisket. Both equally delicious.

Excellent quality Ramen, a few different varieties. It appeared they were undergoing renovations so Im not going to judge appearance. I had the cajun bowl and my wife had the vegan bowl. We both left full and happy.

This place was amazing, the broth was on point, meat is good, can be a hit or miss on rare times but it was there. Customer service was ok but inside of the restaurant I thought it needed work. But I think it’s because of the location it was on. I think if this ramen place was redesigned at a new location with more prep work, I think it will succeed . I think it needs a new atmosphere but with still stick with Redds concepts. Sad to see this place close but appreciate the memories it gave me.

Came here couple years ago, and the experience and food was great. I came in today, and no one greeted us (lady at register seemed like she didn’t want to be there). The broth was watered down, the pork slices were thin af (like curled up cheap Bar-S bacon). Dam what a let down, it sucks to say but I won’t come back.

Didn’t expect to pay over $100 for bland ramen. The bowls were sad, and the flavor was nonexistent. None of the bowls that we had ordered tasted like tontaktsu. We ordered Cajun, El Pasoan, and two build your owns. All four lacked flavor depth and barely any ingredients. We frequent a lot of ramen places in town, and this has by far been the worst.

The friendly young man that took my order asked if I was ordering for here or to go. Gave me a chance to look over the menu, the El Pasoan sounded good. Spicy or regular? There are seven levels of spicy! Seven! I am kinda wimpy, so I went with level three. Order was ready pretty quickly. I was not disappointed, it was flavorful, filling and had the right amount of kick. Wait, one small complaint. I would have liked a little more broth, but maybe he knew I would spill trying to get bowl home. Hit the spot on this crazy snow filled day. Can’t wait to go back and try another bowl.

The service was incredible, The staff was friendly and we were treated like family by the owner, the Ramen was out of this world. If you find yourself in El Paso I strongly recommend pick up a big bowl of homemade noodles and make yourself at home. Then it’s a quick jump south to see Trumps Beautiful Border Wall

Food took 1hr to arrive , Gyoza arrived burnt tasted burned and ramen tasted like 30cent package you buy at Walmart. Overpriced for a ramen with the taste of chicken bouillon and extra Ingredients and they don’t have a server to send food back or give feedback, you also have to pay before you eat.

Location is fine and experience was okay. This location is in need of some updating or just freshening up. The ambiance greatly impacts the experience. The ramen was between ok and good. This place for sure has better ramen than some other El Paso locations I have visited. We tried the tonkotsu or El Pasoan, and the brisket ramen. I was satisfied with the meats. They were tender with good flavor. The spring roll was more of a soggy egg roll. They provided a separate spicy sauce. That had a good kick. Serve in moderation. They had an ok coffee drink. Some of those sodas were good.
