The pizza was cold when I got it home and I live 10 minutes away. I ordered pepperoni, onion, green pepper and green olive. It was more like a green olive pizza. So many olives! The franchise is just not the same as the original.

this is in reference to a situation that occurred on Sunday 08.20.2023. I tried to order on line and the website continued to say that the Vadnais Heights location does not deliver here at this Vadnais Heights address which is truly 2 blocks from the Reds on County Rd E.

I grew up on red savoys but these francise locations do not make pizza like the st paul restaurants did. These pizzas are light and have as much cheese as a dominos pizza. I asked what happened to the usual amount of cheese and the gal behind the counter said its all controlled by corporate. Oh well ill have to get it from st paul next time. Cheese bread was still the same that was delicious.

Ordered two pizzas from here literally live 7minutes away included a tip through doordash but I guess it didn’t get to the restaurant because they deliver there own pizza and is not considered a doordash driver. The lady who delivered the pizza was very rude and disrespectful and complained how she didn’t have a tip because her gas and she delivers the pizza. Tips are not always guaranteed and maybe she should not work there if tips are effecting your job that much that you are rude to customers spending there money. Will think twice before ordering again

Refuses service because they had a busy day even though they don’t close for a half an hour. And yells at the people ordering pizza. Including throughout accusations of being a “no tipper” how would they know they refused the order!!!

I do admit, I did get the wrong pizza delivered. Generally, I would just eat it but it was for my kids and they would not eat it (dang kiddos). I called them up, the lady that answered the phone was so nice about it all. They sent me a new one and included two cookies for my boys. I tipped the driver again who was also so sweet and didn’t want it (I made her take it). Nothing wrong with human error at times, it happens. This place has some good people working for them. Will continue to order and love their pizza!

The delivery person was holding our pizza hostage until we gave her a tip. Rudest delivery person I’ve ever encountered EVER. We assumed that when we paid on-line AND included 20 percent tip, that the transaction would go through as intended. Apparently it did not. As we fumbled to find some cash for her she handed me the pizza and stomped off. Pizza was fantastic, but I’m gonna think twice about ordering for delivery again. Plenty of other places that deliver drama free.
