Pizza is awesome! Service is a hot mess. Server’s don’t know the menu, they bring out the wrong food, cleaning the floor while you are trying to eat, no one in charge…next time, take out only!

Ordered a few pizzas for pick-up a few weeks ago. When I arrived I had to wait about 10 minutes before getting the food because there was only one register and two employees were arguing over someone else’s order before they could help me. The pizza itself was stone cold and tasted absolutely digesting. The sauce was very spicy and the toppings, especially the sausage, had a weird, chemical taste. Cheese sticks barely covered in cheese. Buffalo wings cold, barely any sauce, and devoid of flavor. I have eaten at other Red’s Savoy locations many times and always really liked it. The taste, quality, and experience at the Osseo location are very different and completely substandard. I could not come back nor could I recommend it to others.

The pizza is very good. It is usually while we are there, which is between 5 and 7 p.m. they have some great specials, Now they are giving out pull tabs for free food.
