The ribs were fantastic. The Moscow mules we had with dinner were well made too. To top it all off there is a whiskey lounge upstairs. They have a great selection of bourbon. I was very happy to see Eagle Rare available along with some other harder find choices if you are looking in the Midwest area.

The baby back ribs were as juicy and tender as this BBQ aficionado has tasted in a long time. House BBQ sauce was a perfect blend of sass and sweet to complement the meat. Spouse’s beef brisket was melt-in-your-mouth awesome. Fantastic sides, too. To top it off, the exterior and interior of the restaurant were both beautifully maintained and updated with an upstairs cocktail area that is a destination in itself.

Just finished the Brisket Blue Salad. Amazing! I ate every piece of lettuce and cucumber just to be sure and get every piece of brisket and French Fried Onion. This place is fun and the food is great. Thumbs up!

On Tuesday 8/29/23 at 8pm I walked into the resturant and was told “We are closed.” I looked at my watch and saw it was only 8pm and the hours posted stated 9pm. Why would you post your hours at all if you wont keep them?!?!? Why not just post o”Oen until we close”. I walked over to the 503 restaurant and asked “Are you still open?” and with a smile they said “Of course, come in.”

The food is absolutely amazing. However, the service is even better! Everyone is so kind and are willing to change any meal to make it just for you. I highly recommend coming here. They have an adorable cozy lounge upstairs too!

Food was delicious. I had the barbecue sandwich with coleslaw and mac and cheese, which was excellent. My husband had the porkchop, potato salad and brisket soup also delicious!!! We didn’t make it up to the bar but we will next time we visit!! GREAT PLACE
