This was the best meal by far of our trip in Maine! The food was amazing and innovative. I was not surprised by some flavors that I’ve never discovered before. The service and the ambiance was great. We picked 5 tapas for two of us and everything was delicious. With a toddler, we were accommodated to the corner seat which was perfect. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and diversity of tapas style food, lots of variety and options for every palate. Started with tasty cacahuetes (roasted peanuts) with cocktails and wine; there were a few happy hour options ($10 margarita or glass of red or white wine) when we were there. Having four in our party allowed us to try a lot on the menus. Standouts included the lamb (tartare) and clams, arroz with peeky toe crab, and hamachi collar. Also enjoyed the burrata, dayboat scallops (gorgeous presentation) hiramasa ceviche, norumbega oysters, and shrimp tacos.

It is safe to say, this is by far, the best meal I have had in an extremely long time! Between the service, the atmosphere and the food it is 5/5 in every catagory. The best parts of this restaurant were the delicious combination of flavors in foods I had never had before, like the duck heart and sea urchin! Additionally, being able to see the chefs prepare this food live, in the back of the restaurant was awesome. If you want to try new foods and have it guaranteed that it will be amazing, look no further!

One of the best meals I have had in quite a while, including (and especially!) in NYC. Ingredients are incredibly curated and researched, the recipes are creative without being too pretentious, and the execution is flawless. Drinks list matches the food in creative solidity. And the staff is super friendly and very competent. A true dove start experience. Thank you!

WOWWEE. The flavors here are fused perfectly. Each dish was unique to anything I’ve had previously. Our fave was the blue tamale! The ice cream is made in house so leave room!

Truly one of the best meals of my life. My husband and I plan our travel around food. We’ve been to many of the top 20 San Pellegrino rated spots. I don’t say that to brag but to compare. Regards at points reminded me of Pujol. I would put this in the top 5 meals of my life. The execution of each dish was flawless. The creativity was so exciting. Each dish I had—I have never had anything like it. The scallop ceviche blew my mind. They were so fresh and each bite packed a floral punch. Their mezcal list was thoughtful and extensive. I went while traveling solo and sat alone at the bar. This is a great spot for female traveler a little nervous to dine alone. The bar is intimate and the staff are warm. Such a neat small business, they are going to do big things.

Simply excellent all around. The food was creative and delicious. Server was highly professional and did a great job guiding us on recommendations and portion sizing for our group. I liked the chef a lot when he was at Little Giant. I like him even more here.

My lord, REGARDS was an absolute divine place to have a perfect meal inspired by Mexican/Japanese/West Coast cuisine using beautiful locally grown and harvested goods! Everything was stellar from the service to the Mezcal drinks to every wonderful plate that would come out of the Chef’s kitchen including some incredibly creative (and extremely yummy) desserts. As a Mexican who adores Oaxacan food and can rarely find it here in the east coast, I am incredibly excited for this gem of a restaurant!! THANK YOU guys for existing! Finally a lovely Mexican place in the east coast! p.s. we forgot to capture the tacos but both the birria and shrimp tacos with handmade oaxacan corn tortillas were spectacular!

Classy, elegant restaurant with top notch service. We stopped in late on a Saturday night, having been turned away from a couple other places (reservations full). I couldn’t believe we got in last minute.
