I’ve been to this restaurant three times and it has been a different experience each time. I will say that overall the food has been good and the people working have been very accommodating. All three times I went they have had very limited sides. I went about an hour before close this last time and there were no sides. They gave me some extra oxtails in place of the side . I always get the large oxtail, goes for about $25. Looking forward to trying a night with live music! I really appreciate the customer service!

THIS WAS THE NASTIEST AND DRYEST JAMAICAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! THESE PEOPLE OBVIOUSLY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER. They didn’t have what we ordered AND how do you serve jerk chicken with absolutely NO sauce. And I paid I’ve $50.00 for this trash! They need to be shut down.

Travelled 50min to try out this restaurant on a Friday evening 6pm to find an empty place… food on display was NOT looking desirable. I will post video. The server was very pleasant but the cashier was yawning and playing in her braids. I was so disappointed and I did let them know. My kids and I were hungry and drove far so we decided to try what looked ok on display. The jerk chicken even though cold was very good, rice and peas was good, they ran out of plantains and said they weren’t making anymore. Only had chicken patties. The music was boring…no need to go back. Such a pity because the restaurant decor and surroundings looks very nice

Ordered the food for delivery. We ordered Jerk Chicken, Stew Chicken and side of macaroni and cheese. The food quantity was good . The taste of the food could have been better. Not much jerk taste in my opinion. The Mac and cheese was not much seasoning on it.

I couldn’t find my old review, but every time I come to Orlando I come here but this time when I went, they didn’t have Coco bread Jamaican beef patties or plantains in the food looked like it had been sitting out all day. When I approach the cashier, I told her that I was really excited because I don’t get to come there often and she barely said two words to me. She looked at me and said mmhm and continued to look at her phone I should’ve just left then but I was there with my two-year-old daughter and I do live an hour and a half away. The food is always good, but the service sucks even though the food doesn’t look appetizing I feel like they could be very very successful if the service and the food looked better

I purchased food from Reggae Riddim Jamaican – Apopka Florida on 10-29-2022. The food was alright! Nothing to brag about. I ordered 2 oxtails plates that was $24 per plate. I spent $53.04 on both plates. I realized that I paid 3.99% in credit card fees which was $1.92 on my bill. The food was a bit expensive! The lady that took my order was very nice. I asked what all come which the oxtail plate and she told me veggies, rice and peas, and ox tails – she also said if they have plantains I’ll get those as well. I guess they didn’t have no plantains because I definitely didn’t get any. $24 per plate for veggies, rice and peas and a few bones of ox tails please give me my plantains oh let’s not for get the 3.99% credit card fee. Some of the oxtail bones had a lot of fat on them so I had more fat then actually meat. Also some of the meat was tuff!

****PLEASE BE WARNED**** I am taking the time to write this review after countless issues with this particular restaurant and feel the need to warn others. The customer service here has been horrible almost every time I have come into this restaurant. The lines are long and there seems to never be a sense of urgency with the workers, let alone a system that works. I also want to mention it seems the workers are miserable and don’t care either way. If you come into this place during your lunch please be warned it might take up the whole time and you won’t even be able to eat. Don’t bother calling bc they never have your food ready. It seems the prices have gone up with everything else in the world however I don’t mind paying the EXTRA MONEY for better service. It also seems the people up front have no idea about what’s going on and to be honest they don’t care and it shows. The food can be hit or miss on any given day. At times salty. They also are stingy with the food portions. There has been plenty of times I’ve just walked out after waiting 10-15 minutes and not purchased anything bc I’m just frustrated. I understand it’s a business however to stay in business you NEED repeat customers. I wouldn’t want people walking out of my business daily that’s potential profits your losing. I’m not telling you not to come however I am warning you on what has happened to me on several occasions. You’ve been warned.****
