The food truck was at Lee Street Park this past weekend for the Juneteenth festival. When I tell you that these were some of THE BEST oxtails that I’ve had, believe me! They were so tender & she didn’t miss a beat on the flavor! She was very nice & offered a sample after I asked if the oxtails were tender. I was sold & purchased a plate! I sent my friends to get a plate as well! Reggae Vybz was one of the many vendors out that day & I’m so glad I chose them. That food had me in a foodgasm as I ate & listened to the live music! I will definitely patronize this food truck again at future events!

I am very picky about Caribbean food. I prefer authentic well seasoned food. Reggae Vybz did not disappoint. I have had the brown Stew Kingfish and Curry Shrimp dinner. Both were tasty and I had no complaints. God bless your establishment with continued growth and prosperity

The food was good but, the oxtail gravy had some type of sweet taste to it that wasn’t to appealing(didn’t like it). The cabbage was real good. Mac & cheese was okay. Rice and peas was kind of mushy but still good.

It’s hard finding new food spots when you are in a new area but I’m certain that I’ve found my new fave Jamaican restaurant. I ordered oxtails, rice and peas, Mac & cheese, AND plantains…and it was DELICIOUS. The Oxtails were very flavorful as was the rest of the food…I am in a food coma lol.

I typically don’t like to leave reviews but today I’m a little irritated. I drove 30 minutes to get here. I actually called over the phone and placed a to go order just to get over here for them to tell me that they don’t have the mac & cheese. I called with a specific order and that’s what I would have liked but to get all the way over here just for you to tell me what you don’t have is very unprofessional and something you should have stated over the phone crazy thing is the older guy is the one who asked me would you like Mac and cheese only to not have it then they act like it’s OK like it’s not OK by putting plantains on my plate when I didn’t even ask for that. Lastly, I gave the the young guy a bill and change expecting my change back if it’s three cent honey it’s my three cent and I would like it back, so please, the next time someone comes in and they give you change and you owe them change back give them a change back. I won’t be return disappointed.

All of the food is AMAZING 10/10.Super flavorful and cabbage is tender. I usually get the Stew chicken with oxtail gravy and white rice with Mac n cheese and cabbage for my side. Tonight I ordered my usual but i ordered through doordash. I usually get a small cup of oxtail gravy on the side because I like a lot of gravy. I didn’t receive the gravy on the side and got a very small amount of gravy on the plate. I then called up to the restaurant to see if anything could be done being that I don’t have a car and couldn’t simply come get the gravy. The Owner eneded up answering the phone and once I explained what happened she apologized for the inconvenience and then proceeded to ask for my address so that she could PERSONALLY bring me a side of oxtail gravy. I wasn’t really depending on it until I received a phone call 20 minutes later telling me that she was outside. Not only did she bring extra EXTRA gravy, she also gave me another side order of stew chicken as well. THIS is great customer service. The owner is a very sweet and humble woman who goes out of her way to guarantee customer satisfaction. She has now gained a customer for life and i will always recommend this spot to a friend because I know when they go they will be valued as a customer just as I was. I also tried to tip her and she WOULD NOT accept it! Because “I’m the customer”. I am really grateful and it feels good to know there are still business owners who take pride in their image and are willing to make sure their customers are happy. I will be back very soon. ❤️
