They call it Chicago style but it came from the south by way of Memphis, Tennessee. But wherever it came from Memphis or Chicago. This is damn good barbecue you got to get you some. Get the ribs tips and understand this smothered and covered the way it is supposed to be. But don’t get me wrong. The rest is probably pretty good but you got me stuck like Chuck on these rib tips. Got the rib tips with hot link sausage. Good honest plate of BBQ. Unlike most people I prefer the rib tips over the ribs. I was not disappointed with my order. Good BBQ. So many BBQ joints in the valley are not that good. But I’m going back here again with my buddy next week.

Got the rib tip & sausage combo was very good! But wish I knew they put the meats on top of the fries and the put ton of sauce on it too. If you don’t like the bread and fries soak learn from me & ask for the sauce on the side. The serving size was worth the cost.

Really do love supporting black Owned Businesses, so I have to be honest . Been here a total of 3 times and my last two times The fish Was Uncooked meaning slimy because it was cooked too fast on high heat WHICH I ASSUME. because I never ever had slimy fish ever. The last time it was the same way which was disappointing because I did wait 30 mins for my food to be uncooked and just left unsatisfied over all.
