We had never been to the downtown area and wanted to see what it’s all about. Man was it a big surprise finding this little gem. The burgers are amazing and the broccoli burger was really good. Don’t be afraid to try it because you will miss out. Service, food and atmosphere was very nice for a date night out in the downtown Staunton area. We will be back next time up when visiting family.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever put in my mouth! I was blown away by their smash burgers (they are supposed to be thin and well done). So delicious I had to order a second one. Don’t eat meat?? They offer a fantastic broccoli burger made fresh in house. The basket of fries were enough to share between my wife and I. Try out the “Remedy Sauce” on the fries, on the burgers, on everything -s its a game changer. They created a really cool vibe there on the downtown strip. Inside AND outdoor dining. Good selection of craft beers. Thay offer a few wines and have a full bar. We highly recommend checking this place out and please let Ben know how great they are doing.

Good food and atmosphere. Food did take a while to come out but they were slammed and apologetic. Not a big deal and it ain’t McDonald’s where speed is priority. The fries and sauces honestly stole the show for me compared to the burgers. The fries are simple but fried to a perfect crunch. Staff were also friendly and made sure we were taken of and happy. Highly, highly recommend!

There are very few places that I will give a perfect review for. Remedy burger left nothing to be desired. Picture the ideal smash burger: it’s thin and has a crispy skirt around the edge while still being juicy, it’s well seasoned and tastes like top notch beef, and it has perfectly balanced toppings on a beautiful grilled bun. If you’re vegetarian maybe you’re picturing the same thing: a great veggie burger that isn’t, yet another, tired smushed bean patty oozing out of your bun, but instead something unique like broccoli that had awesome texture, flavor, and crispy edges. Something that made you think maybe you weren’t an after thought at the bottom of the menu. Remedy burger gives you exactly that picture delivered by friendly, knowledgeable staff in an awesome location downtown. The fries are hot, crisp, and salted (or not if you need that) and come with whatever delicious house made sauce you like (I recommend the garlic sauce). The bar is full and the cocktail I ordered had fresh strawberry puree served in a highball glass that was both beautiful and hefty. The staff are happy to take your order or you can use the super cool, cutting edge QR code on the napkin dispenser on your table that takes you to a well designed web page where you can place your order, pay, and tip all in one go! Each code is unique and tells your server exactly where you’re sitting. While we were looking at the menu our server asked us which drink we would be ordering and went ahead and had the bar tender make them so we could have drinks while we finished getting our order together so we wouldn’t have to wait. Top. Notch. Service. If I ever get a chance to get in the kitchen here and meet the people making this place possible I will consider it an honor.

This place got the perfect crust / texture on their burger patties. I don’t know how, maybe they flash fried it for a quick second, but it had a perfect crunch to it. And the fries hit the spot too, along with a cold beer out in their street side seating. I would definitely go back. Thank you!

There seems to be no shortage of food to choose from in this cool little town, but I was in the mood for a good smash burger and this place certainly did not disappoint. Burger & beer were delicious, and the service was exceptional as well.
