I spent 5 weeks for work at this hotel and ate at Rendition most of the evenings. Clean, relaxing ambiance, and amazing food. I tried almost everything on the menu. My top picks are the burnt end tacos and the quarter chicken with mac. So delicious!! Quick and friendly service. Christine and Rocio were so personable and sweet. Highly recommend.

Really good food and customer service, everyone is really nice, we had breakfast there twice so far and it was delicious! I need to find out how they make the pancakes crunchy on the outside and so soft on the inside for every single bite, and the potatoes are seasoned so well that I will go there just for those alone. The breakfast sandwich was good albeit a bit heavy and the frittata was light and savory but good with some hot sauce. The Benedict was really good as well, also better with hot sauce imo but overall everything was delicious. I will be back for the pancakes, potatoes and service!

Of course I didn’t take any photos. Went here for happy hour. The service was good. Our waitress checked on us more than enough. Drinks arrived fast and were flavorful. The food was tasty; ceased salad, chipotle fries, and brussels sprouts. My friend kept dropping her purse and jacket on the floor and our waitress picked them up, she was very sweet. We sat outside because it was nice out and the outside seating area was nice. We could see the mountains despite the smoke in the air. If you are staying at the connecting hotel or just driving by, try this place out.

I’ve been staying at the hotel this week and my experience with the restaurant has been horrible. The food there is obviously been frozen and has no taste. I would of had a better experience at McDonald’s. Oh not to mention everything is way over priced.

A hidden gem. Visited for the first time during happy hour on a Thursday. We ordered the Wagyu burger and it was absolutely delicious and so were the fries! We also had a mocktail that was delicious!

Decided to try this relatively new restaurant, located in the new Interurban Hotel. Visited on a Thursday night at 7pm. The place was about half full, with trivia night going on. Dissapointed to find that two of the items we tried to order were not available. Service seemed a liitle slow but attentive when they did actually come by. Had the risotto and added bacon at the waiter’s suggestion. This turned out to be a good call, as I feel the dish otherwise would have been way to sweet. We also had the Asian chicken salad. Chicken was really really dry and the oranges in the salad were not very good and tasted like they were half a day away from turning bad. Craft cocktails were excellent. Overall, just a mediocre experience. The small menu, that they were already out of multiple items, and only ok food means I probably won’t go out of my way to return.
