If you like Renos and you like Cave Run Lake, then you’ll love Renos on the Run. Food was fresh. Wait was minimal. Staff was friendly and we ate outside on the dock. Prices were decent and portions were big. Menu is simple but diverse. I had the half rack of ribs. Go with the rub unless you like just tasting bbq sauce. Delicious none the less.

The food was delicious! We were pleasantly surprised with the experience! The staff is great and very accommodating. We will absolutely return soon. The main renos location could take some helpful notes from the staff at the lake!

I would have given them 4 stars but I got cole slaw with my food and didn’t realize it was bad until I got home really. I got the filet medallions which were awesome! They were better then the restaurant in Morehead. Which I love by the way. But I got my mom some too and I just thought the slaw was different then what I was used to and my mom agreed it was bad. Like ruined. Also you pay 14$ for the dinner. You pay near the same at the store in Morehead. Difference is a side. You only get one side at Reno’s on the run. Just feel it’s a little over priced. This may be my opinion. It really is a much needed addition to the marina. So glad they are open and I will go back for sure. I recommend it, Im sure the Cole slaw deal was a one time thing. My family hasn’t had any bad experiences there.
