Food is always great. The pizza and the Tony salad is what I get. My daughter usually gets a pasta dish which is always good and fresh. My wife says the gluten free pizza is the best she has ever had. This is one of our go to spots. It never disappoints.

You’re a fan of thin crust pizza. This is one of the very best places to go. I only gave service three stars because they’re very old school and only take cash. You don’t realize that until you get there and of course they have an ATM. You going to double the service charges cuz it’s not your bank. It’s a little small and to take out area so when it gets very busy it can get cramped but again their food and their pizza out of this world!

I’m kind of a bummed out because my fiance was really excited about this place and the pizza. This was mine and my mothers first experience and my fiance was pumped! We ordered the pizza and When we got it it was undercooked so we communicated to the server and they brought it back. When I went to pay the owner(?) She Asked me how everything was and I communicated that everything was good but the undercooked pizza. She said “oh just immediately call it back”. I said “that’s what we did” and she said “oh I’m sorry just next time immediately tell the server and call it back” and I repeated “that’s exactly what we did”. Being over it, I just paid and thanked her and went home to find out that what was put in the box was now an over cooked burnt pizza. The thing that bothers me is that they didn’t take the pizza off the bill or anything and now we are home with a non edible mushroom pizza.

The only reason why I’m giving Reservoir three stars is because of the food. Otherwise, I have to be honest and say that I am completely disappointed with the disrespect I have received from the staff. My family and I have been going to Reservoir for 20+ years and have had multiple parties there. The last few parties we had/tried to have there we have been treated poorly by the staff as if we were bothering them or inconveniencing them for going there. We have been treated as if they are too busy to work with us. Incredibly disappointing and I would discourage anyone to try to have an event there. You won’t be welcomed and will be rushed.
