First problem was that the American Tacos are listed on the menu as $2.75 each and the lady charged me $3.99 each. Second problem is I asked if just lettuce and cheese came on the tacos, and the lady said yes. The tacos came with onion, cilantro, lettuce, tomatoes, and what I initially thought was sour cream but wasn’t sure as time went on. I hate tomatoes, and would have asked for it to not come with them. Also, if you order the guacamole appetizer, it does not come with chips? It’s just a hunk of guacamole in a styrofoam box, which will not be packaged well and will leak. Then, their card reader did not work. The food was the best part and that was violently mediocre. The guacamole had little flavor and huge chunks of onion and cilantro. Even the tacos were kind of bland. Also, the menu has very little detail so you don’t know what kind of tortilla you are getting and it does not help to ask. The lobby was dirty and had random bed sets piled up on a table. There was very loud bad music blasting from one speaker on a table in the entry. Finally, I asked if I could have a side of queso, which the lady said they could not do even though there is queso on the menu that you can add to menu items. Will not be revisiting. This is everything a small business should not be.

I had high hopes this was going to be a good experience but turns out the food only looks good. I got the alambre w shrimp and had no flavor whatsoever. It had only 3 shrimp and the meats it had was basically chicken and chorizo . I had not had an alambre w chorizo before its usually w carne asada. It had small bits of it but even that was very bad the pieces it did have had black spot on one side which meant was old meat. Not good at all on top of the amount of oil it had. The chicken pieces were big not cut good at all and no flavor. We also got tortas but they are better at a lot of other places. Besides all that they got our order wrong which they did do good in saying they would take our name and give us a free one next time we order there.

Ordered a Agua Chile Plate that I really wish I would have taken a picture just to show how horrible the dish was. The shrimp was still $100% raw, there were 2 pieces of soggy lettuce, 4 slices of avocado, 3 slices of soggy tomatoes, barley any lemon. On top of that they charged me $14.00 for a meal that looked like it should have been $3.00. Will never order from here again. They just wanted to make a quick buck of a expensive dish. Disgusting they are dupping regular people like me just so they can make a quick buck.

I loved their chicken tacos and their red salsa was really good. Nice fluffy rice. We were served very quickly. Great prices. Also, their corn tortillas are soooo good!

The food was amazing! I got a sizzling skillet of Alambre, Mar y terria with corn tortillas, rice and refried beans. Next time I’ll order it “sin sal”. I recommend for the food, service could step it up a bit. Friendly enough though, nice atmosphere.
