This Salvadorian restaurant is my favorite for the homemade feeling and taste of food, the Pupusas taste like the one your abuelita makes, this time also ordered the grilled pork chops which were tender and I can tell were marinated for a long time, Tamal de elote is served with crema, I found this elote to be bigger than the usual they always served but the taste was the same, prices have been going up a little but portions are generous.

I came here for pupusas and they were delicious. We got some with cheese and others with beans and cheese. We also ordered a carne asada meal. That was also flavorful the obly negative was the maduros(platains)- they were tough to eat.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS with my family, since I was very little. The people that have worked here for a while are familiar with us. My parents still eat here.. I use to enjoy this place but it has definitely lost its charm. This place has been empty on my last few visits for obvious reasons. The service is not the best, food is overpriced, and the tip is included. I don’t know if the waitress only does this with us or if it’s a restaurant policy to include tip on all bills. I don’t recommend this place.
