Arrived at 5:30 for their 4:30-7:00 Wednesday buffet. Buffet was fantastic, as was the food ordered off the menu by a few of the people in our group. Adult buffet was like $13.50, kids price was half that, and their menu items include kids favorites. If anyone has mobility issues, I do not recommend the rear entrance. Owners, staff, AND customers were all absolutely fantastic! Very kind to one another, friendly smiles and nods, no bad attitudes! Will be back for sure!

Love that they have a buffet and they have make your own combos. You can make your own combos. Their tamales and enchiladas are my favorite. Also their cheese fries are amazing! The best Mexican restaurant in the Quad Cities!

Love this place! It’s walking distance from my house, so I get to eat their taco buffet often during my lunch break. The employees are always helpful and seem at home with the restaurant, which is refreshing. I’ve eaten here for dinner as well. The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for chips.

We had been travelling and discovered El Mariachi quite by accident, but we stopped in for a meal and were absolutely astounded at the quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff, and the atmosphere was that of a small restaurant more concerned with quality than with appearances.
