I was looking for a Salvadorean restaurant near me and came across this one, the reviews were good, so i gave it a try, yes the food is prices inexpensive, however, the taste isnt authentic either Salvadorean or Mexican to be honest, at its best it was okay. The atmosphere is a bit loud and the crowd noise is loud mostly due to the 80% men drinking. Definitely not a kid friendly place, which brings me to the following, they had a little boy maybe 7yrs old, going table to table singing for money which makes people like myself with only plastic and no cash uncomfortable, especially on his 10th time around. The service is attentive with a smile, however, once it was time to pay, i recommend to pay attention to your recite because they add things in there that due to misspelling makes it seems like its part of a meal. I.e. Chigen Nogets….”chicken nuggets” which we never ordered but was “part” of the chicken soup. I wont be coming back, not because of its service or food, simply because Ive had better, not worth the 20 min drive.

Food was fantastic but the server wasn’t exactly pleasant. I had the carne asada and can’t wait to go back to try more menu items. I also didn’t have cash on me and couldn’t figure out how to leave a tip on my card as there was no place to write it in on the slip I signed and there was a language barrier. The ATM was out of order so I had to walk around to find another one so I could bring her some cash. I wouldn’t expect anyone there to speak English but I kind of like it that way. Even with the couple issues I had I can’t help but give 5 stars because the food was just that good.
