Hidden Gem
Uber eats order and I came away very impressed! Ribs were soft, moist, & delicious. No need for any sauce! Coleslaw and Beans were also impressive with the beans being my favorite. Everything was packed well and my next visit will definitely be in person!

Did not live up to the hype of a 4.5 star BBQ place. They weren’t very busy, and we had to wait a while for refills on our drinks, had to ask 3 times for the kids drinks to be refilled. It took a long time to get any of our food. The biscuits and butter were very tasty but unfortunately a bit doughy in the middle. The meat was cooked to perfection but out of the available free sauces there was only 3; habanero hot sauce, Carolina bbq and Texas bbq. They have a lot of other sauces to try but it’s $3 a cup for a tiny cup. Disappointed in the sauce selection. The potato crispers were full of flavor and crispy. The staff was super friendly and it was a great atmosphere. They have high chairs available and were very kid friendly.

As a Native Texan in New England, my standards are high and my expectations are (very) low for barbecue. The meal I had here was great. I tried the brisket sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, mac n cheese, potato wedges, and banana pudding. The brisket was the star of the show- it was nearly impossible to pick up with a fork (I wanted to try a piece with no bread), and it tasted like home. The mac n cheese was also surprisingly good. It was the right texture of creamy and sticky, which is hard to find. Though not barbecue, the fried chicken sandwich was great. Staff were very friendly.

Awesome new spot for BBQ in the South End. Sat at the bar and the staff was very attentive and kind. Everything we ate was delicious. Full bar with good beer and cocktail options. Solid selection of BBQ meats and sides, and enjoyed the apps as well. Still thinking about the biscuits and buffalo cauliflower- best I’ve had in a while. Fills a gap for the area in terms of cuisine and has a laid back, casual vibe in a neighborhood where many of the restaurants feel more upscale. Look forward to going again soon. Definitely recommend checking it out!

New restaurant opened about 5-6 months ago. We went there for the first time today and will have to come back for the biscuits (whipped butter and jam) and pork belly buns! Servers were so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend the Mac and cheese and banana pudding too!

Decided we were in the mood for BBQ and food this spot online. It’s only been open for 3 weeks but they’re doing a good job! Very friendly service. The dry run wings were excellent. The beef short rib is massive and enough for 3 people. We also tried the Mac and cheese, potato salad, bbq beans, and farmhouse salad. The Mac and cheese was our favorite side. I wish the rib had more smoke flavor. The hot sauce is delicious! Would definitely come back to try more.

Brand new spot that just opened in South End and damn it’s good. Legit good meat- we got the ribs and brisket. Excellent biscuits and nicely smoked wings. I also really enjoyed the side of collard greens and crispy potatoes. Will definitely be coming back.

Came here for a group dinner. The vibes were solid and both the bartenders and the wait staff were attentive and friendly. The barbecue on the other hand was decidedly average- tried the prime brisket, the pulled pork and the short ribs.
