If you are looking for a culinary experience, Revival by Toast is the place to go! My wife and I just went to enjoy their “Long Story” experience- it was amazing. This is not a place for dinner but rather a place to emerge yourself into a culinary excellence and an intimate ambiance. The seven course meal is based on what the chef is able to procure from local producers that day- no two dinners are alike! Revival starts you off with a simple carrot and ginger tea, from there you head to the North Shore of Long Island by tasting delicious oysters that have the perfect balance of natural flavors and minuet. From there you have a simple dish of wagyu beef over toasted couscous. Then you have a delightful salad rich is flavor, light on dressing. This is then accompanied by vegetable pasta which is filling but not oily. There is a fresh seafood dish which in our case was scallops in a rich cream sauce that had been slow cooked for two days. We then had our final beef dish followed by a delectable dessert accompanied by French press coffee- is there any other way?! The service is superb and the experience is delightful. Be prepared to spend a few hours eating, engaging and enjoying a unique experience.

This was hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. We did the chefs tasting menu- and each plate was better than the next. We had waygu steak dishes, pork, scallops, salad, shrimp, paella, salmon, cheesecake, coconut sorbet, tea, etc. The list goes on and on. The best service we’ve ever had- including the best waitress, best bartender serving the food intermittently, and the chef making An appearance at the end. Do yourself a favor and get here STAT because this will be the best meal you’ve ever had and worth every single penny you could spend. Thank you so much! I wish I took more pictures!

Great upscale option for Port Jefferson. Nice small plates menu along with larger entrée portions as well. Loved the happy hour $1 oyster deal (Wed-Fri from 4 to 6) along with half off certain bottles of wine and $10 margaritas and old fashioneds. Fantastic service.

Really unfortunate because I wanted to like this place. Food was hit or miss (scallops, squid, gem lettuce fantastic, lemon tagliatelle and pork belly really bad). Some drinks were solid but most skewed really sweet which sucked because everything looked great on the menu. I can understand leaning towards the sweeter side though because that’s what most people like and would be a safer bet than boozier drinks.

We had reservations mid week and at a later time. Because of this, there were few other patrons and we had incredible service. We chose the price fix menu instead of the tapas menu. I loved the small menu, indicating everything would be fresh. I have several food allergies and the chef was able to accommodate them without losing any quality in the meal. Thank you!

We had a really terrific experience here last night. We kind of stumbled upon it while walking through Port Jeff, and it looked warm and inviting. We sat at one of the bar tables, and the bartender acted as our server – and she was great. The drink menu was a mix of classics and new inventions and she truly did a fine job with them. We ordered 5 small plates between the two of us, and they were all delicious – biscuits, mushroom gyoza, tomato and burrata salad, meatballs, and a light pasta dish that had some corn; we recommend them all. The bartender also helped us with wine, and swapped our glasses when we didn’t love our first choice, all with a smile. So, excellent service, great food and warm environment – what’s not to love?

Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I have ever had! I went for LI Restaurant Week and had the three course menu. Everything was beyond stunning! We started with the Japanese A5 Wagyu Steak Tartare, which was sensational – just melt in your mouth delicious. For dinner, I had the scallops, while my boyfriend had the pork chop. Both were beyond perfect! For dessert, we had the cheesecake and the dark chocolate mousse. Again, they were both phenomenal. I can say with complete confidence that it was literally the best cheesecake I have ever had! Overall, the food was absolutely breathtaking!
