The best Philly cheese steaks you’ll ever have. The pastrami sandwiches are also awesome and the cheeseburgers aren’t going to disappoint anybody. I love their sides as they’re plentiful and delicious and I’m a particular fan of their tots. Prices are great, specials are phenomenal and service is quick. Do yourself a favor and get to Rex’s as soon as you can. Great food in a place you wouldn’t expect!

The food here is REALLY good, although I have to say that Best Ave Sandwich Shack right down the street blows EVERY PLACE OUT OF THE WATER!!! That being said, the sandwiches here are EXCELLENT!! The service is great. I’d definitely eat here again. Cons – the dine-in lunch tables are kind of plopped right in the middle of a BUSY gas station (in case you like that kind of thing, I guess). Overall I give this place 4 stars because of the cramped and unusual dining situation.

I didn’t snap a pic of my delicious burger because I was too famished… However, I can attest to the fact that the California Burger is an amazing burger. I got the special that allows two patties for the price of one and it made the burger quite a manageable mess. All in all, this was the best gas station burger I can recall.

This place is an amazing hidden gem in Coeur d’ Alene. The staff is extremely friendly and prompt with service and gets the food out quickly. A somewhat basic down to earth menu but every thing is fresh and tastes perfect!
