My group ordered three different meats: Chicken, ribs, and brisket. The chicken was dry. The ribs were also dry. I honestly couldn’t tell if the brisket had been smoked or not. The brisket was served shredded and soaked in barbecue sauce. The texture and flavor of the brisket resembled that of a sloppy Joe.

I got 2 trailbosses, the first a medium brisket and the second a spicy pulled pork. Both were excellent. My brother got the ribs, mac and cheese, and baked beans. The ribs were huge and extremely tender. Portion sizes were excellent, and the mac and cheese was delicious. Will definitely be returning again.

Favorite BBQ in Washington so far. Absolutely love that they have pork ribs & chicken quarters. Both are always cooked perfectly. The spicy cheddar jack mac & cheese is uniquely delicious. Definitely recommend!

I used to go to Rhodies when they were in north bend across from a truck stop. I saw they were gone quite a few years and sadly assumed they closed. No! They moved and I will be making the trip there regularly. The Mac and cheese is the best. Potato salad following closely. This time I got chicken and ribs. Soooo good. I tried some of the pulled pork off my guys plate and it was delicious as well. Some of best bbq around!! So glad I found them.
