This is the WORST BBQ I have tasted in St Louis in a while. Gave them a try sense I haven’t been sense they have been under new management. The BBQ before was better than what they are serving now. No taste, boiled meat, they gave me paper towels because I guest they were out of napkins….they need to do better.

waited about 45 minutes for a call in order. got home and realized my order was missing one of the four meats I ordered. when I called back they refused to replace it. the smoked turkey leg was dry you could tell it wasn’t smoked that day. just reheated. customer service was bad food was mediocre at best. overpriced for what I got(or didn’t get)

Very frustrating, disappointing Customer Service and food experience! Visited Rib Shack on the 4 July 2016, at 945am, the restaurant forgot to update their web site and marque to reflect opening at 11am. Anyway, Rib Shack’s staff attitude were condescending and cavalier. The fried chicken wings I ordered were bland and had remnants of chicken hairs still attached, the smoke turkey leg sandwich was tasteless. Bottom-line, I was totally frustrated by the 2+ hour wait (11am -1:20pm), the inexcusable subpar customer service, and the disgusting food I received for the 4 Jul 2016. This wasn’t the Rib Shack my family and I visited three years ago. WHAT HAPPEN OWNERSHIP?!!!

The ribs tips are very fatty, very disappointed in my last experience. I ordered baby back ribs and was given short ribs of beef, which were very salty. I called and spoke with a lady who said she was the manager and asked for me to text her a pic. Oddly enough I did so avd never received a reply. Try my best to support our people but this is what happens… Never again avd I would t recommend to anyone

I went through the drive-thru & the cashier was very nice, professional and she happily named all the available sides I could get with my beef brisket sandwich lunch special. My food was hot fresh & delicious & a bottle of water came with it to my surprise. I’m going back tomorrow because it was so tasty. Yum!

We visited this restaurant rib shack last night and the food was great except for the sauce it has a smoke flavor I don’t like if you love sweet baby ray then the sauce is nasty but if you love maulls bbq sauce you will like it. Anyway the food was fresh and hot the rip tips was tender and the jumbo shrimp and yams and mac and cheese was really cheesy. All was good Try it for yourself. Dinner for two cost about $35.

I sat at the drive thru window for about 10 min and no one came and greeted me at all. Since the ownership has changed the service has been bad and the dressing which I really really loved doesn’t taste the same. I will have to just start driving to the other location. Very dissatisfied with this business.
