A very good BBQ joint. We all had the combo lunch special for $11.49. It was more than enough to fill a fat guy like myself and was some the the best bbq I’ve had in some time. Our server was fantastic. She was very attentive and kept our sodas full which is an A+ in my book.

Called in 3 people dinner order. Took multiple people getting on the phone to get the order correct which was directly from their menu. Nothing out of the ordinary was asked for. We were told 15 min for pickup. We got there after 15 min bc we figured they were busy on the 4th. It wasn’t ready. Waited another 15 min to get it. They had audacity to ask for a tip. No tip was given. Here’s a tip. Don’t say 15 min if the kitchen is behind. Don’t ask pickup customers for a tip when food is being boxed and walked to the front. I like the food at Rib Crib, but we won’t be back for quite a while. If you don’t have enough staff, limit your hours, don’t take pickup orders.

Just spent $140 on a father’s day dinner. We didn’t get the entire loaf of Texas toast that came with our order. Our 10 piece order of wings wasn’t 10 pieces. All our sides were only 1/3 full. And I tried calling the restaurant THREE TIMES and it seems like they’re hanging up because the phone stops ringing but no one talks. I paid all that money for half the food I was expecting and y’all can’t even answer the phone to fix it. Never ordering from here again.

Didn’t see our waiter maybe twice. They wasn’t busy at all. She was to busy at the other table to even care about us. Makes me wonder if it’s due to us being Oneness, dressed modest and not wanting to dress in their little scampi outfits they had on. Plus having everyone looking at us because we choose to pray over our food. Sad thing is this was my first time ever at a RibCrab and after this experience I don’t I’ll ever be back

Restaurant was cleaning the bathrooms looked good. The staff was friendly and the service was good, although we were there when it was dead. 3 pm. My only criticism would be that the portions are pretty small. I bought a two meat combo. Not the lunch special. Two ribs maybe five slices of brisket. That cost $15. That’s a little high for Pittsburg Kansas. They had a nice looking bar, although I did not drink. I would definitely go back and I would recommend it.
