Ribs. And American portions. I ordered the half rack and it looked like what you’d be given as a full rack back home! I ate three ribs. Darn good ribs but it was sooooo much. Gigantic salads. They were meals onto themselves. Fried okra. And limp green beans.

Absolutely love this place! Great food and even better staff! Shout out to our waitress Rachelle battling the afternoon sun and the patience of a saint. The brisket was a bit grease but if you get it sliced it’s so much better. And the pulled pork is to die for!

Delicious BBQ (and yes the Ribs are deliciously tender and loaded with flavor). The restaurant is quaint with nostalgic memorabilia over the past 30 years. The only problem we had was our waitress. She seemed pretty frazzled with her work load. We didn’t get out drinks until after our meal and she “forgot” about us twice. Luckily, the food was good and they have support staff bringing out the food. So we didn’t have to wait too terribly long for our stomach fuel ups.

This barbecue is a must-have if you are in Hutchinson! We hit this restaurant every time we drive through. They have outdoor dining, big tables and small tables indoors, and can accommodate a fairly big party if needed. The food is wonderful, and the menu offers a large selection of entrees and apps.

It was my first time ever eating at Rib Crib, and I actually didn’t even get ribs! I ended up getting a Bacon Cheeseburger and some fries, both of which I was *very* impressed with! Pleasant atmosphere, great service, and absolutely delightful food! Will definitely go back!

Very tasty and fast! The service here, even for Hutchinson, is very good. I like Rib Crib because they survived the initial tax incentive and work hard enough to stay open amidst a resteranteur atmosphere that is slowly dying.

Overall very tasty. I had the motherload. The Brisket and pulled pork were great without any sauce. The link was ok and the chicken was very dry – definitely needed the sauce with the chicken. I tried all 3 sauce, wasn’t a fan of the mustard sauce, but the other 2 were tasty.
