That was the saddest most pathetic dried out nasty brisket I’ve ever had in my life. For the amount of money I paid I thought my first visit to rib crib would be pleasant. It definitely was not. The lady that helped me was nice though but the food was just sad. I would say I’ve had better brisket at a gas station

We walked in and there was no one at the podium. We heard laughing and hollering from the back. We let it known we were there and got a table. We ordered queso which the menu says comes with chips and salsa. No salsa..waitress said they don’t bring it because no one eats it. Huh? I ordered Dynamite salad all the while listening to the cutting up in the kitchen. Finally got it minus the corn beans and tomatoes. Had to get the cook who looked about 17 and he said he forgot it and would bring it. Well he finally brought it and it was hot which made the salad mushy. Don’t eat here unless you want to be frustrated. I am sure there was no manager or anyone over 21.

I had Ariel as my server and she was such a sweetheart she was very knowledgeable and fast and sweet. She was very comedic too and gave us a whip cream bowl instead of ice creams since they were out which was a good laugh! I could hear some yells from the kitchen occasionally but we were close to the back and it still was a good laugh anyway. 10/10 I will stop by again!

Ordered food online. Went to pick it up and they were closed. Doors locked, lights out, no one inside. Someone else was there trying to pick up an order to go also. We called multiple times in the days after during posted business hours, couldn’t reach anyone. Called Corp Office and spoke to someone finally but said they needed someone else that specialized in their franchise locations to call me back. Never received a phone call. RibCrib charged us the money for the dinner we never got and they weren’t even open. Terrible business practices and customer service.

Sweet tea was not sweet..she had to take it back food was cold..she had to reheat it. Bacon for my daughters cheeseburger was so hard it flew across the table when she tried to eat it. I have eaten at other rib cribs many time and they were great . Worst $ 45.00 i have ever spent at rib crib.waitress was trying though. No tissue in bathroom. Below it asks for food recommendations..really none.

bugs(nats) EVERYWHERE, charred bacon, food wasn’t right super sketchy staff. Won’t be back. Saw multiple people walk out right after being seated. Wanted to give this place a chance but the reviews are true. Save your money!!!!

The service isn’t that great as in you aren’t acknowledged when you walk in and they have forgotten items 2 out of 3 times ordering to go. The food is pretty good. We weren’t impressed with the fries or the Carolina pulled pork sandwich

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME INSTEAD GO TO WOO PIG MOOIE BBQ RIGHT DOWN THE STREET JUST PAST SCHOOL AROUND MAIN ST ON THE LEFT ITS WAY BETTER FOOD .The food was better this time than the first time we went but could of been better. This was the second time we had ever ate there. Our waitress said it was only her second day but she had to go ask someone else to answer several of our questions and we didn’t ask hard to answer questions, plus my dad gave the waitress a gift certificate and his credit card and she paid no attention to what was on the paper to see it was the gift certificate my dad told her he was giving her. When she brought me and my mom’s mashed potatoes and gravy they wasn’t even hot but the waitress did get us fresh ones that was really hot.
