The atmosphere is old school country and simple wonderful to look at. Fast, friendly, clean with wonderful customer service. The bbq was nice, but the okra is simply delicious I can’t remember the last time that I’ve tasted better. Smooth in and out services everywhere you look the employees are helping each other and everyone else too. Kindness shows in the environment and the people who work here. A delightful experience.

We weren’t sure who our server was. After sitting there about 10 minutes, we finally awkwardly asked about giving someone our order. The girl turns and points to a young man that was walking by, and says, “him.” He brought us drinks, but we didn’t see him again until we asked to pay. Requested silverware from the person who brought us food. Asked for someone to get us refills. She was nice. Asked for someone to give us our ticket. She was nice. As she is bringing the ticket to the table, the guy who took our order showed up again. It was wild how he magically appeared at the end. He seemed like a nice kid & maybe it was his first day? People that came in while we were waiting, left when we did. We compared our stories…they had him as their server too. It was wild man.

Got there about 2:30PM, was seated very quickly on the tables by the South windows with 7 other people. Our waiter was the best, but I forgot his name. My wife and I enjoyed the Super spuds and I also enjoyed a few ribs from my sons plate. It was awesome.

My partner and I just recently moved up to Stillwater, and we weren’t sure what to expect of the local restaurant scene! Rib Crib has always been one of our favorite date night spots, and I can happily say the service and food were absolutely wonderful. We were promptly seated and taken care of. The restaurant was clean and cool, which was especially nice given the summer heat, and our server was incredibly polite. Food was delicious

As always staff was friendly and on the mark for service. Celebrating Dads 76th birthday with ribs and sausage. He was most excited for his birthday dessert, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream with chocolate brownie, made his whole day. Still a bit pricey but for a table of 11 it was money well spent.

Had the mother lode. Food was greasy. After eating most of the brisket, I could not eat the last bite because of how much grease was dripping from my fork. The chicken on my plate was cooked just right. Could not eat the bottom layer of fries as they were soaked in grease. In fact the entire bottom of the dinner plate had at least a 1/16th inch covered in grease. I did not finish. Wife’s plate was the same way. Half her brisket was an inedible chunk of fat . Never again

Staffing is an issue. With only 2 staff up front and 2 in kitchen we had to wait on everything. Appetizer took forever to come out after others in party already had food and it was cold so it had been sitting for a while before it was brought to table. Getting drink refills was almost impossible as you would see your server in 15 to 20 minute intervals.

I came in this evening to get my 2 grandsons and their dad something to eat. I live in another town. I should have learned my lessons to prior experience. NOT ON OCASSION, NOT EVERY OTHER TIME, BUT “EVERY SINGLE TIME” I have an order to go parts of ALL meals are missing. One time even the meat was missing. GREAT FOOD but horrible take out service. No more. Toast is always soggy. Is it because it is I am elderly and the ones putting the order to go thinks because I am old I won’t complain? Well guess what boys and girls??????? I AM D.O.N E.

Ordered $75 worth of food the evening of 3/15/2023. When the food was delivered they didn’t bring our sides. When we called to let them know they basically told us we were lying and refused to bring the sides. After a brief but hostile conversation with a manager that refused to give his name, the manager said “F you” and hung up. Called back and requested a refund and were met at the door, no receipt and assured the full amount was there. At 5pm the next day, 3/16/2023 I called to talk to the GM who was not available. I spoke to Katie the Assistant Manager. She told me basically that her manager was right and we were wrong, that we were lying. Then hung up on me. Worst part is I wasn’t aware of any of this and bought $75 worth of food from them this morning. We work at a restaurant as well and would never treat our customers like that. Lesson learned, we will take our business elsewhere moving forward.
